Forgot our plug adapter, staff provided a loan. Staff provided advice on how to get around the city & then at end of stay how to get to Disney. Staff looked after baggage all day on last day.

Very minor thing…Selection of drinks in the room wasn’t to our taste. The standard for pretty much everywhere in France but including a breakfast tea & milk would have been our preference.

Clean, neat, and very compact. The room had everything my friend and I needed during our stay. Very nice staff who was very helpful and friendly at all times. It is a great location, only 2-3 minute walk to the nearest Metro station (M12).

It would have been nice if there were slippers in the hotel room. At times we can hear other guests from our room when they are roaming around the hallways, but we believe that's a common thing in most hotels. Apart from such points, the place is a great place to stay in.

Pretty design and good room size for Paris (still small though). We loved the neighborhood of the hotel, metro station and bus stop (direct bus to Roland Garros) just a few metres away, good restaurants, bakery, supermarket... Very friendly personnel at the front desk. Parking was offered in a separate parking garage, good explanation how to get in. Will come again next year.

This hotel is easily accessible by metro, very clean and quiet, with excellent customer service and very good buffet breakfast. It situates in a good residential area that we feel safe to stay here!

My standard double bed room is a bit too small.

The staff was amazing. We arrived waaay before check in time and they gave us the room immediately without any trouble (me and my partner travel to Paris regularly for work and we now that this is NOTA common, even if the room is already ready). They also did it with a huge smile. The rooms are very comfortable and had all the amenities we can expect from a good hotel in Paris.

The hotel is minutes from the underground and really nice neighbourhood. The room was compact but very comfortable and very clean. I was on the 3rd floor on the street side and it was nice and quiet, with some noises sometimes but nothing disturbing. The hotel and the area are really nice and there was a very good bakery and a Monoprix nearby with many other shops and a market on some days. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Some noisy guests in the family room with an hyperactive toddler still having fun by midnight but not the fault of the hotel.

The rooms were always cleaned well .April deserves a special mention and so does Lahiru who called me to let me know they had found an iPhone we had lost.Breakfast was simple but plentiful and good .

Rooms are quite small but that is typical for Paris hotels.

Staff very welcoming. Room spotless. Bed was so very comfortable. Most impressed room service did our room everyday. Great shower. Hotel is in an excellent position for a stay in Paris. Near Metro and great eateries and bakeries. Would very highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Stores, restaurants and the Metro entrance were steps away from the hotel.

The rooms were small but we are first time travellers to Europe. I understand that the size is the normal expectation. I would happily stay here again.
