The location in Brigade Rd.is great. I had asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet, shops, restaurants, cafe's etc.all within easy wallking distance.Worth mentioning is the in house restaurant which I found very good paying reasonable prices for a meal.Guys at the reception desk were always very friendly and helpful.

I found the way to get the wifi connection a little cumbersome, having to get either a day pass or 3 day pass and a couple of time the given password didn't work. Why not have one master password like in other hotels?

I've read a few bad reviews of this place. I found the staff courteous the room great, particularly for the price, right in the middle of town. I ate in the restaurant three times and the food and service was great (no alcohol, but you can't have everything!). Loads of people, including families staying there and all seemed pretty happy. I recommend it

It was all good. The tv didn't work, but that has been the same in all the hotels I've been in India over the last month. I don't really watch tv

Great location - situated right at the middle of "happening of Bangalore - The Brigade Road". So many options for eatery, night life and shops both local and international. Many attractions are within walking distance. The property is like an oasis in the middle hustling and bustling. MG Road metro is just 3 minutes walk away and plenty of autos (have to be careful and fix fare upfront). Hotel staffs are supportive and travel desk Mr. Venkat was very helpful arranging our day tours at reasonable price. Spacious rooms, common areas, clean, comfortable, daily supply of tea, coffee, toiletries. I was with my family in two rooms had a good 3 nights stay.

Well, owing to the location - the noise (frequent honking and traffic) may be of a problem if rooms are located facing the road. But the noise goes down by midnight. Refrigerator in the rooms were not working. Apart from that not much really to complain about.

Located right at the middle of happenings of Bangalore. MG road Metro is just 5 minutes walk away. Many restaurants, bars, shopping all just around the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and so is the travel desk Mr. Venkat. Spacious and clean rooms, really an oasis in the middle of bustling area. My three nights stay with family was a great experience. It’s a good value for money.

To be fair, not much really. Only the traffic honking sounds at night (but dies down by midnight). Hardly that is to blame the hotel.

It’s not my first stay in this hotel and, this time, they gave me a room at the back of the building which is very calm, avoiding the noise of brigade road at night. The room has probably been refurbished recently and was very comfortable.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and gave me a headache. Couldn't sleep at all. People who are traveling for short trips need comfortable bed and pillows. It was also noisy.

Home away from home - always prefer this hotel when I come to Bangalore

The staff was very courteous. The restaurant on the 1st floor has amamzing food. The room was very spacious. Great value for money. Will surely choose this spot if I visit Bengaluru again.

Pillows could have been thicker and/or firmer. Not a major issue though, there were 4 pillows on the bed. It all worked out in the end.

It's bang on the heart of Banglore like say Park street of Calcutta. MG road metro is 5 minutes walk to explore the city. Ample food joints available till late night. Breakfast eatery three minutes away. Vivanta, Oberoi and Ritz Carlton 50Rs auto ride if want to try their buffet.

Clean room, clean toilet, excellent location. Nice staff, smiling and welcoming, quick check in and check out. Didn't take any room service, so can't comment on it. But it was a pleasant stay
