The staff is simply excellent. Their attention to details specially during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast is so good with a big Indian collection. One staff member asked me if I am coming back for breakfast the next day. When I said yes, he offered to get an Indian dish made for me. The next day, when I had completely forgotten, I saw that I was served that dish when it was not even part of that day’s menu! How did they manage that. The quality of rooms is good. The WiFi is excellent. Everything is so good here. One of my best experiences ever. I will surely use this hotel exclusively on every visit going forward.

The location is good but hotels at SCBD area have a slightly better location. The tea and coffee arrangement in the room can be improved. Also they don’t have spoons in the room. Had a lot of issue in stirring the hot tea!

Amazing location considering that it is linked to the Gandaria City mall with a wide myriad of stores and restaurant choices. The room was spacious, extremely well equipped and thoroughly cleaned as well. Extensive amenities were also provided in the room, along with free high-speed Wifi. I had the fortunes to visit the Sheraton Club on the top level and witnessed the amazing views while enjoying the comprehensive breakfast buffet spread. All the staff were exceptionally jovial and friendly throughout my stay, and were more than happy to render their help to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Shoutout to the Guest Relations Team, Fadol, Salma, Dhella and Aurel alongside the Assistant Front Office Manager, Devi, for the extremely warm welcome as well and making my short 1 night stay a highly memorable one. Overall, I would highly recommend Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City if you are looking for an excellent experience.

Connected to a huge mall (food, shops, salons, movie theater). Great for a night before going home. Super friendly staff. Beds are SUPERB, so comfortable!! And I could watch tv from the tub! Pool looked nice but I was there on a weekendday and so there were a lot of kids.

Even though it's a Sheraton and it's 5stars, still thought it was a bit expensive. Also, there's a bathtub in the room but no bath salt or showergel (attached to the wall in the shower) or anything to put in the bath. Luckily I brought my own. But that would be nice, especially for a 5 stars (or a card that says you can call if you want any). The switch for master lights were only on one side of the bed. Nothing that would keep me from going again.

Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. Thank you to everyone at this hotel 🙏

Absolutely nothing.

Very nicely appointed hotel attached to large shopping mall with all facilities you might need. Staff always greet you with a smile and always looking to assist you in any way that they can. Reasonable transit via taxi to my office location in South Jakarta. I only had breakfast once during my stay, and the range of selection was excellent.

Breakfast - the variety of food at the Anigre restaurant was excellent! The service staff were all so friendly & courteous, especially the manager Pak Indra, and one of the hostesses Sarah, who went out of their way to ask for feedback and listened attentively. Chef Syarhul Ramadhan appreciated my feedback so much that he even prepared a special breakfast for me on my last morning at the hotel. Room service was also excellent and my request for really hot soup was certainly catered to. Daily cleaning service was also very good.

1. Sometimes the cleaners forgot to replace items used, e.g. to replace shower caps which they removed, but then made an excellent recovery after I provided some feedback. 2. I believe that the telephone cable was loose whereby it disrupted voice communication (altho I did not make a complaint as I did not use the room phone much). 3. There was also something wrong with the sound system of the TV; no sound on 1 of the movie channels, on another channel had to increase sound level to quite high (perhaps it needs an external sound bar),

I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.

There seems to be nothing special near the hotel. Jakarta's traffic is chaotic and you end up needing to take a taxi for most places. The breakfast has a great variety, suitable for all tastes. All food is buffet, except the coffee, which is ordered to the staff. Ufortunately, the coffee took quite a good time to arrive at our table (sometimes it never arrived).

The breakfast was great. It has lots of choices, and all of them were good. I especially like the location in which the hotel is so close to the mall. It adds to the overall experience. It is very convenience.

The design for the swimming pool and the seating area could be better. That's the only thing that was a bit dissapointing. But there's nothing they can do about it, I guess.

Extremely friendly staff, very supportive and service oriented Front Desk and Lobby Lounge teams. Guest room like all areas of the hotel are very clean. Very well equipped gym and a pool big enough to really swim. Excellent breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of dishes from different Asian to European/ Continental styles. Very good coffee!! The public areas of the hotel and of the Gandaria Mall which is directly next to the hotel are both packed with beautiful and impressive pieces of contemporary art.
