We checked into a Suite room so it was lovely & spacious, big king bed, spacious clean bathroom with all the little extras, a lounge area & plenty of cupboards & shelving. We rec’d. a fresh fruit platter on the house which was a nice touch 🙏🏽 Buffet breakfast included was diverse & fresh & easy to access. All the staff were gracious, helpful & pleasant to speak with 🙏🏽 We will definitely check into this hotel another time. Thankyou

It was a bit noisy in the passageways (other noisy guests chattering) even though they’re carpeted & heard a lot of clunking around noises from below but stopped by 12pm thank goodness.

The staff was lovely, and it was nice to have options for breakfast, including both local and Western food. I appreciate that they avoid using plastic and provide filtered water in the corridors.

The TV in the room is a bit outdated, and overall maintenance could be improved. There were many families staying at the hotel, which meant that kids were screaming in the pool from 6 AM to 11 PM. The city itself isn't very touristy (Western tourists), and there isn't much to do in the area. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it's something to keep in mind.

1. The room we got was comfortable and exactly what we booked. 2. The location was strategic and easily accessible. There were also many coffee shops and places to find local Lombok cuisine around the hotel. 3. The front desk staff were friendly when we arrived, and the room was ready without us having to wait long.

1. Drinking water is not provided in the room and needs to be refilled from the corridor in front of the room. As a note, please always check the quality of the drinking water provided because we happened to get water with a slightly strange taste. 2.The room we got was unfortunately very close to the road. Perhaps this could be a consideration for future stays.

Very comfy, huge bed. Good location in the city with lots of shops and restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Checkout at 12pm is great if you are getting a later flight.

WiFi in room so slow it was useless (but worked in public areas). Lots of TV choices but none of them worked - connection too slow I assume. Noisy at night due to live entertainment near the pool (we were on the same floor very close to there) - fortunately it didn’t go on too late. Could hear voices of guests from next room on one evening.

The staff are amazing and always helpful and attentive. Breakfast is fabulous every day as there’s so much variety. Love the fresh cooked omelette and crepes. The location is perfect for us when we are here on business.

We tried to have dinner here, but found it very disappointing. Our meals were tough and we couldn’t eat the chef specials. Fries by the pool were as expected for fries.

We stayed at the hotel 6nights, upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with pool view because we made special request for balcony. In 4th day we received a fresh fruit platter. The rooms are well equiped and very comfortable. The bed is huge (more than 2 meter wide) and they have pillow service so you can choose your perfect pillow. TV in the room has many movie channels (eg HBO, Cinemax) and even HDMI cable to connect your laptop. A water refill machine is installed on each corridor. Breakfast is very diverse and deilicious. Staff is very kind and helpfull. We would like to mention specifically, Novi from pool bar who was very friendly, gave us some good advices on local food and even shared tips for our upcoming trip to Flores. We enjoyed our stay very much at Aston Inn hotel.

Maybe a bit the noise from the street which you could easily hear.

The location was good and very close to the main street in Mataram. The staff was really helpful and helped us resolve a problem with reservation with a local travel agency. The breakfast was nice, with a bunch of selections of local Indonesian foods.

There was a bump walking from the pool to the bar at the pool area, that bump tripped all of us three when we were walking to the bar.

Nice clean room with modern amenities. Stayed one night before going on to gilli islands. Breakfast was really good. They have a water refill station, which is great as cuts out the plastic.

Instead of a double bed, was given a twin bed because there were no other room types available. But not a major issue. Reception called the room 20 minutes before check out time to confirm I am checking out.

Mostly quiet, perfectly located in Lombok to most restaurants and shopping. Hotel restaurants has excellent food and staff is very friendly/helpful.

TV did not operate properly after first day. Many channels disappeared. Gym needs better weights or equipment.

We spent only one night, it is close to the main road of Mataram. Hotel of high category considering the standards of the area. Possibility of swimming in a small pool.

The staff at the reception can not give tourist directions of the few things to see in Mataram. The water of the pool was cold.
