The Standard Double rooms are well designed + appointed but as per most 'business ' style hotels in Japan smallish. The window is in the bathroom - and I kept it ajar all the time to circulate air and moisture - choose a larger room for an actual window is the tip. Paying for breakfast was a good idea - coffee was great + strong, and the sandwiches were fresh I hired one of the bicycles which was great. The free icecream - I only realised on the second night - a good treat as well

There is one lift, and probably well over 60-70 rooms on 9 floors - so it took time for the elevator to arrive. Some of the staff speak English, but not all.

The hotel is new and clean. Nice location close to the station. Free ice cream in evenings and awesome latte in mornings🥹

I didn’t understand from the pictures that our room had no window. It is pretty much my fault, but still would be great to get a notification, because I would for sure go for another room. The bed was pretty hard and the pillows were pretty high, but it is a personal taste. Overall the hotel was new, stylish, very clean, and great value for the price. Next time I go to Nagoya I will choose better room and stay in Androoms again.

Great Value for Money. Room is bigger than expected, for usual Japanese hotel rooms configurations, we were able to open 2 Medium to Large + 2 small luggages. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were adequate. Location was great, 5-10 mins taxi ride or 20 mins walk from Nagoya Station, accessible by 2 train lines (red & yellow) and has a lot of Lawson/Family Mart/7-11 nearby. The staff were the best, very helpful! Helped us arranging our Baggage delivered to Tokyo via Yamato delivery. Rooms only but they have a cafe/lobby/reception, so expect great coffee and pastries. We also like there's a Yoshinoya 2 streets away, have great breakfast options and opens very early as well if you make Nagoya as Home base to explore Day Trip destinations like Ghibli Park, Takayama/Shirakawa go etc and had to leave early.

Lighting can be better. If they can consider adding extra focus light on the wall table for multiple use like for make up while the bathroom is occupied. Rest is all good on our end.

The best about this hotel is the spacious bathroom which is separated into two sections: one with toilet and sink, the other with shower and tub. The water pressure is on point. I take a bath almost every night. The tub fills up super quick. After I am done with showering myself, the tub is almost ready with hot water. 浴室超大間，分成兩區，水壓強又安靜 From the JR Nagoya Station, the hotel can be easily reached by Higashiyama Line(one stop) or Sakura-dori Line(two stops). It is situated between the exits of the two stations mentioned above. 從名古屋車站過來只有一到兩站的距離 There is only one elevator, but it was never a problem to me. Check in at the front desk was easy and fast, and check out is done via a machine. 入住和退房速度都很快

If I had to point out one thing to be mad about, it would be the lack of supermarkets in the neighborhood. But this is a big city in Japan so plenty of convenience stores make up for it. 附近有超商但是沒有超市 There are a very limited selection of channels available on TV.

The location is super convenient from Nagoya Station. You can either take the Sakuradori Line or the Higashiyama Line (both subway) to the closest station, which is roughly a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The room was clean and compact but had enough space to open your suitcase comfortably. There's also coin laundry within the building so you can wash and dry your clothes during your travel as well. The electric kettle in our room wasn't working and the staffs provided us with a new one promptly, so that's a plus for service. The hotel had a self check-out system which was great so you can leave anytime if you're starting the day early.

There wasn't anything in particular that bothered us during our stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised with this little gem. Everything is new, crisp and clean. The bathroom is huge, modern and beautiful- seriously, the shower is insanely good. There are washing machines on the 2F that do a wash and dry cycle in 2 hours. The staff speak amazing English and are so lovely. It's a 1 minute walk from Fushimi station, and there are heaps of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Highly recommend.

Nothing. It was a great hotel.

The room, towels are clean and tidy, which is nice to see. You do not get access to a view at all if you are located on the opposite side of the lift, however that also means you would get a great privacy. Even though you might not get enough sun-light, there are heaps of sources of light in the room and would not be an issue.

There is only one lift at the property and sometimes you would need to wait a few minutes to go up and down. It would be better if the ventilator in the bathroom had been cleaned, it looked like it was never cleaned. The phone located in front of the lift at each floors instead of each rooms, which could be troublesome if you have any issues and would require urgent help from reception. The room lacks the source of the light since most of the rooms are located right next to the tall building, which could be daunting if you need some fresh air. You are able to open the window, only for a little bit.

Fantastic hotel. Feels new and the room was a very smart and spacious design. Great cafe downstairs which we had each morning and they do free ice cream each night. Toilet and shower separate which helps to make it feel more spacious. Staff very helpful. Would 100% stay again.

Very nice hotel that is close to two metro lines. The room was clean, relatively spacious, and modern. Inside the hotel, you will find a drinks vending machine and two washing machines that you can use by paying with coins (100 Yen coins). On the ground floor, there is a sitting area where you can also purchase some food and drink if you wish at their cafe. In the morning, this is where breakfast takes place. Breakfast menu is minimalistic which I think is a nice touch with the breakfast being vegetarian friendly.

Great atmosphere, great services at the price point offered. Both of their 2 sandwiches options with boiled eggs and drinks are a excellent breakfast to start the day.

Using the 2 drying machines inside the hotel can be a hassle if you are leaving on a Friday. If possible, would be great if the previous user gets notified when the washing/drying was done.
