The location was nice. Close enough to public transport and a (small) local beach. Super markets and conbinis are all around, as well as restaurants and bars. The next Donki is about 10 minutes away. The pool is nice, especially the view. On the other side of the roof you can watch the sunset. The bar has a happy hour with cheap drinks and otherwise the drinks aren't expensive either. Twice a day for 15 minutes there are soap bubbles in the lobby. This is quite a surprise if you have not read about it before. The 9th floor has a lounge with free drinks and snacks for guests staying on that floor. Beer and highball (Whisky soda) to draft yourself, wine in the cooler, and different kinds of Awamori are available, as well as different snacks (nuts, chocolate, rice snacks, ...). The rooms are quite big and clean. The beds are comfy, the fridge is cool, the staff is friendly. All in all a very pleasant stay. Our car was too tall for the parking garage but there was another parking lot right across the street with affordable parking (700 Yen for 24h).

I would have loved to have a fitness room.

The Hotel is located very central, within walking distance from the main shopping street and 100 meters from the port with ferries to surround islands. The breakfast was diverse and fresh, with lounge access one even has access to beer and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks (this was a nice add-on). The rooms are larger than usual in Japan and the hotel itself is nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very, very busy in the common areas (rooms are quiet though), which however comes at no surprise with 9 floors of rooms.

PROPERTY/LOCATION- Modern hotel. 1 bus fr Airport (26, 99). 3-5 mins walk fr bus stop. 3mins walking distance to Port Tomari. Extremely convenient when travelling to the beaches/islands. 7/11, Family Mart on st. corner. Fast elevators. 15 mins walk to Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. Although many restaurants and big MaxValue GROCERY store close by or on the way if you don't want to go to the touristy area. Staff are always friendly, helpful , prompt. ROOM- a bit dusty around corners & under bed. Room ad a strong musty smell. I requested to change rooms. however decided to wait until after going out for the evening & the smell started to dissipate only after several hours. MUST keep the dehumidifier/air cleaner on at all times. Big long desk to do make-up at. Great AC Room was spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lounge sofa. CLUB LOUNGE ACCESS: fave part of our room. special came up to have club lounge access. Worth it if you drink alcohol. Free beer, wine, whisky, awamori, juice, water, coffee! ice, BLUE SEAL ice cream (vanilla, choco, bean and another green sorbet- didn't have this one), snacks (nuts, crackers). open until 10pm. Wish they had better seating up there to actually lounge. Only had these really low to ground tommy bahama type chairs. BATHROOM: great tub for soaking but small ledge if you want to sit on tub ledge to only soak feet. No outlet in bathroom to plug in hair dryer. Wish for more counter space. AMENITIES: pjs, free skincare and bathcare. Great smelling & quality soap/shampoo/conditioner. Used laundry once. Washers- 500Y- great. Dryers 200Y (like most people have said) do not dry well. Don't overload. Areas to sit and lounge on main floor was nice. POOL/ROOFTOP: used only once. free until 7pm. bartender reminds patrons when time is up. shallow pool. great showers and hot tub (though small. can fit 4-5 ppl). Might stay again if the price is right.

More attention to dust and humidity/musty smell in the room. Fridge- could be colder or have ability to adjust the temp. Freezer isn't an actual freezer. Extend free pool hours - hardly saw anyone go up there during evening time. (after 7pm price is 2000Y includes 1 drink). Improve laundry dryers and perhaps install a clothing line in the bathroom to hang clothes on. Pls consider providing better seating in the club lounge area. (9th F) please replenish water bottles daily. We didn't ask or fuss b/c we had lounge access.

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Citta Naha a lot, thanks to the modern facilities and good service! The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast was incredible: we were amazed by the variety and quality of all options, sweet and savoury (pastries, fruit, salad bar, pasta bar…). The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are a treat, and during our stay they never got crowded. The location is very convenient to dine out, explore the city, and travel to and from the airport (you’re close to bus stops, monorail and ferry). The beds are wide and comfortable, the room is quiet and the bathroom is clean. The hotel has twice a day a welcome “bubble show”, which the kids loved.

We were in a triple room and there was no space to store our luggage or a wardrobe for clothes. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases and keep the cases between the beds. We made it work, but wouldn’t find it suitable for long stays.

Location was not too bad. It's next to ferry terminal if you plan to use it. It's about 15 minute walk from international Street. There's a common area on 1st floor where you could do anything you want basically.

Standard room is too small for a family of 3 or 4. A little too much like business hotel (for those who live in Japan) - but that also helps to keep the cost down. Very little people interaction (because too little staff) but all staff is helpful.

The location being a few minutes walk to Tomarin Port for ferry service to the Kerama Islands and Tomarin bus stop for connections to several places of interest in and around Naha. It’s also short 10 minute walk to Miebashi Yui Rail Station and 15-20 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, Naha Bus Terminal, Palette Kumoji (shopping mall), tour bus pick up locations, etc. There are also a few convenient stores (Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11) all a very short walk away.

The musty smell in the room upon return of key card at the door which also turns ac back on, the lack of lounge chairs around the pool area possibly due to limited space, the “makeshift” gift shop across from the front desk which seems out of place, and the free coffee machine that kept breaking down during our 2-week stay

A comfortable hotel with easy access to the ferry terminal. The rooftop pool/hottub area is actually very nice if you can find a time to visit without kids. Even when busy the roof area is nice just to stretch out and do yoga.

The view is probably good from some rooms but in the rear corner there was not much to see and ALL of the blinds were broken and couldn't be raised. The room was overall clean but the very weird geometry left weird corners and nooks that looked like the vacuum couldn't reach. Breakfast was Ok overall but a very strange mix of western and other non-japanese foods. Lots of cheese and italian dinner food (pasta and clams for breakfast???) but no rice and miso soup.

It is a hotel near the port there. Excellent position for visiting different islands. The beach advertised by the hotel is a miniature beach with a bridge over it. However, you won't find it in the photos. The staff at the reception speak English, the rooms are tiny, two people have problems fitting into the room. The equipment is new and clean. French-style breakfast fascinates me. It is an interesting fusion of Asian and European style. The offer is very wide, everything is of high quality and tasty. I definitely recommend trying it, it's worth every dollar. Take a taxi from the airport, in more people it is cheaper than the monorail. In addition, it is quite far from the monorail stop to the hotel (with a suitcase).

The room was clean, breakfast was great both savoury and sweet options, western and asian food available. My boyfriend was very impressed by the presence of pizza at the buffet, he had a couple of slices every morning. Coffee to go is also available until 11 am and it's very convenient if you're in a hurry. The location is perfect, walking distance to the port if you plan to go to other islands during the day. Pool is exactly like in the pics, not too crowded with also a jacuzzi for 4 people, there is also a bar behind the pool, we had a couple of drinks and they were delicious. Staff is very kind, we really enjoyed our stay.

A super location not far from the tram. The Hotel reception was a little cramped, not much space, but the service was still good. We REALLY enjoyed the breakfast, the best we had in the whole of Japan, super selection and cute little cleaning robot. We were a little disappointed you needed to cover tatoos in the pool in the day time, but happy the Hotel had cover up stickers at the reception. The pool area was wonderful both at day time in sun and the evening. We only wish we had more time!
