It was not possible to estimate the location. I would like a wider choice for breakfast, but the offer of local dishes is very interesting.

It would be nice if something was done with the faucet in the bath, water spills on the floor when you take a bath.

We loved EVERYTHING! While travelling, we needed a super cozy place to spend a couple of nights just to refresh between our trips, and Hilton in Podgorica was the best! Especially, fantastic swimming pool and SPA area, plus the location in the center of the city. We loved that it has cafe bar on the groundfloor, but for the night there is a beautiful Sky Bar with a marvellous view on the mountains and the night city! All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and kind, they helped us with every question we had. Very tasty breakfast and filter coffee, plus super delicious local food (meat, different types of cheese, etc), and for lunch there was a very tasty local veal cream soup. The room was also very cozy and special, with a bathroom and shower, very beautiful view, big bed and super fresh and soft bed sheets :) Highly recommend this hotel for everyone!

I really enjoyed my stay: the location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, and the SPA facilities were excellent.

During one of my visits to the SPA, I felt that the experience could have been improved with clearer guidance from the staff on duty. Specifically, the staff member present during that shift could have provided more professional and informative assistance by explaining the location and use of the available facilities (as her colleague did the next morning). A brief orientation would have enhanced our overall comfort and enjoyment, especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the layout.

Location and comfort

For the first time in my life, I was not allowed to take my coffee and a few items from the breakfast buffet to my room—a breakfast I had already paid for, of course. Instead, they insisted on bringing it to my room and then charged me an extra 5 euros for the service. This was a service I did not request and was essentially forced to accept. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, especially coming from a Hilton hotel. It’s the first time I’ve encountered something like this, and in my book, such treatment is completely unacceptable for a Hilton standard.

The staff is very attentive, and the hotel’s location is excellent in my opinion; you can walk everywhere. There is parking available, but it’s more expensive compared to nearby options. However, for the convenience of direct access to the hotel, we opted to use it.

I won’t deduct points, but I would like to mention that the rooms are quite poorly maintained, which doesn’t live up to the Hilton name. The bathroom counters, in particular, need urgent replacement. Housekeeping cleans every day, but I would recommend checking the shower drain after each check-out. Our shower was clogged and overflowed. Despite noticing this, no action was taken to fix it. We extended our reservation and stayed for a total of 4 days. I am not sure if the sheets were changed. Additionally, the bedding on the extra bed wasn’t even fixed. Housekeeping staff needs proper training. Additionally, I believe complimentary water should be replenished daily. Nowadays, almost every hotel provides fresh complimentary water each day.

Everything from the reception, rooms and amenities. The restaurant, sky bar, jacuzzi, sauna, inside pool were all offered amenities upon booking. The location is at the center of the city, near to shops and restaurant. Staff were friendly. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Podgorica

Just the mug was not clean, we called them and they changed it right away. Also found some dust particularly in the bathroom, toiletries containers. For a hotel this price cleanliness must be prioritize.

The Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora enjoys an excellent location within easy walking distance of Independence Square and the vibrant city center, making it an ideal base for exploring Podgorica's attractions. While the bar doesn't serve cocktails, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it encouraged me to try the local rakija—a traditional spirit that proved to be even more delicious and authentic than any cocktail could have been.

No significant drawbacks were experienced during my stay at this centrally located property.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace promenade but unfortunately I could not enjoy that as much as I would have liked because they allowed people to smoke and vape in that area. I hope the next time I visit management will have figured out that more people will benefit if smoking is not tolerated there as indicated by the no smoking signs.

Parking is available, though it comes with a fee, which is something to consider if you're driving. However, the convenience of having parking right at the hotel is worth it. Maybe to consider that it would be in the price of the room. The dining experiences at Hilton Podgorica were top-notch. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, from local to worldwide cuisine. The Executive Lounge also provided a fantastic dinner experience, enhanced by breathtaking rooftop views and mesmerizing sunsets. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. Despite the warm weather, the pool was surprisingly empty, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest. It was the perfect place to relax and cool off on hot days in Podgorica. In the evenings, the rooftop bar was the ideal spot to unwind with a drink. The ambiance, coupled with the panoramic city views, made for a memorable experience. Overall, Hilton Hotel Podgorica exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I highly recommend it for your stay in Podgorica.

As a 5-star hotel, Hilton Podgorica provides a luxurious experience, and including the parking fee in the room price would make the stay even more seamless and enjoyable.

The best hotel in Podgorica and the only true 5*. Overall, a typical 5* business hotel on par with Western European counterparts that checks all the boxes at a very reasonable price. Surprisingly, it offers a great kids club (albeit paid).

The water in the jacuzzi was too hot. The service in the hotel restaurant might be better.
