The friendliness of the reception staff was lovely The food was great value and lovely quality for adults.

I would have liked there to be a children's menu available for the evening. My granddaughter could not eat what was on offer and there was nothing else available .

Good brekafast with a variety of food. Spacious and clean room. A lot of amenities provided, like hairdryer, iron+ iron board, shampoo, shower gel. It is a great hotel to travel for work or studies. Comfortable common area to study. Big plus that it offers coffee/ tea all day for free. Also includs dinner.

Not able to provide dinner when the check in is late (after dinner time).

The staff was very friendly, and the ambience was like a home away from home. Even the Breakfast and Dinner felt like home cooked food, cosy place to have your meals, and most importantly great coffee (free flow) to start the day. All wrapped up in a very reasonable price! Will certainly stay in this hotel again in my next visit.

The bed was little too soft and bouncy for me, but its a personal preference.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The position was very central and close to the station. They had a room suitable for storing bikes and bike boxes and made no fuss about them at all. Breakfast was an excellent choice and the evening meal a very good bonus.

Convenient location, room (superior) big enough and comfortable, breakfast varied and delicious, fikas coffee and cake delicious and a nice idea, staff pleasant and helpful.

Soups in the dinner meals ( Included in the package) a little salty.

Breakfast was great. I was very happy with it. To have dinner included is rare and a nice touch. Reception was great- friendly and very helpful.

The bed was a bit weird. I would have preferred a single mattress instead of falling in between two mattresses.

This was a great hotel for 1 night. The price included a buffet dinner and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised how good these were. Room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

Excellent location, lovely staff, nice common areas especially the patio, comfortable beds, good pressure for the shower, generous buffets for dinner and breakfast.

Pretty pricey for the standard, food is a bit hit and miss (especially dinner buffet) and bad insulated from the corridor.
