Outstanding service! The hotel staff (Tom if i am not mistaken) helped me find my bag left at the airport. He made contact directly to the airport at that night. He is so friendy, fast respond, patience and very professional. Hotel located in the middle of complex goverment area bit a way from the main road, but not problem for us we use always taxi or grab. Breakfast is very tasty and generous options. Again thanks you for such welcome and professional service.

If there is swimming pool will be perfect

Super convenient for the visa office, which is why we were there. Clean, comfortable room. Has the most international TV channels I’ve ever seen at a hotel in Thailand.

Front desk staff told us breakfast started at 6:00. But when we got there at 6:20, restaurant staff said it didn’t start until 6:30. There were a few other (very minor) issues that showed staff need more training and communication with each other.

Breakfast menu was excellent. If the cooking staff could speak a bit more English it would have been wonderful but overall it was very good.

It was quite difficult to order and explain about food on the phone to room service as they could not understand English well. Also, every person cannot be expected to be familiar with using QR Code to see menu on mobile phones like elderly people so you must put a printed room service food menu in the room. This was a very big inconvenience for my old parents and I had to keep running down to the 4th floor to the restaurant to order food. Also, it will be good if the menu options can be expanded to include some more international items.

Location is great if you’re going to immigration. Facility is clean, smells like a spa. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable.

Some of the staff in the front desk and room service didn’t understand English very well. We went to get breakfast right after immigration. Got there at 10:05am and there was nothing left. Asked if they could get anything for my babies and they said breakfast was over. That’s not really the hotel’s fault because they did say it closes at 10am, but it was a bummer since I only missed it by 5 min.

The property is so clean and staff was always welcoming and smiling

The location of facility is not near from restaurants or shops; because it is located inside governmental block.

Everything was very good except for the hot water temperature. I recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The hot water temperature in the bathroom was way too low. I would have complained if I had had to stay more than one night.

Nice view, quiet, clean, full function. They give us an extra hour for check out. Because we were back from meeting appointment late.

The location is not recommended for tourists. The hotel is surrounded by government authorities. Rooms a bit older but still clean.

Air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted.
