We stayed at J Hotel for 4 nights, and the stay was very remarking. The staff was exceptional. Peter in the front office was extremely helpful and friendly since our first day. He was very professional too. There was also a girl in the front office with pretty nails (I don't remember her name), but she helped us with Grab bookings and all other requirements. Whenever we asked for extra coffee mate or water, they never hesitated to supply the needful. The housekeeping employees were extra kind and very respectful. Rooms were super clean all the time and they refilled amenities on a daily basis. The morning buffet had a massive spread with very tasty food. The food area was very hygienic. Hotel lobby and rooms were very spacious. The wifi was extremely fast, and connection was never interrupted. The hotel introduced a transport service with the driver - Nong, who was very very friendly. He was super entertaining and took good care of us. His van was super comfy and he always had free water for us.

Hotel J Pattaya is located in a calm place and close to Terminal 21. Night food market is close by. Very good vibes for friends and family. Breakfast was excellent. You get variety of food items. The property has two swimming pools both for adults and children. Very comforting experience. Thank you.

Overall it is good. The staff could have speak better english as sometimes it is difficult to understand what they are saying. But they are friendly people and nice.

Amazing balcony room facinh towards the pool. Breakfast Hotel was cleaned everyday and houskeeping staffs changed towels and replaced waters everyday Very hardworking housekeeping staffs, i really appreciate their work and effort to make our hotel room clean.

- swimming pool was closed really early around 8 pm - As a very new tourist i would really appreciate a good information regarding the city, city events, maps and some recommendations from the hotel's frontdesk receptionist. It would help save time for us :)

Very big rooms, well maintained. Lot of varieties for breakfast. I loved it.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a charge of THB 150 that was levied upon me at check-out for "pillow marks. I believe this charge was unwarranted and intentionally imposed to extract money. Rather than discussing the matter with me or inquiring about the alleged marks, the reception staff simply informed me of the charge and demanded payment.

This was a very awesome hotel so awesome it had a carnival but did not like the fact that it was on only Saturday as my children were disappointed but other than that it was a spectacular experience as the pool was very fun other than that the location was picked very thoughtful y as everything was near me loved it and will visit again (Manet)

The hotel had no restaurant as it was under construction, we had to go to Hotel J inspired Staff at hotel Jninspired were not at all helpful..especially ones on the main desk of the restaurant

Hotel J Pattaya exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with a comfy bed and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, I'd definitely stay here again!

Room and pool

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel J Pattaya. The hotel is stylish and very clean, with comfortable rooms and great views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. The pool and restaurant were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Pattaya. I highly recommend Hotel J Pattaya for a wonderful stay.

rooms are big and the king size bedroom have a nice window to the bathroom with a large tub. aircon is verry efficient. If ou travel with kids they have a second pool specially for kids with activities

Staff are very friendly and helpful and everywhere is kept very clean can’t wait for my next visit

Elevator did not go to the basement not a big thing but very useful to get to your car when it’s raining as I have trouble with stairs
