The room was amazing and exactly as photographed. Not brand new, however facilities were well maintained, and the sky pool with view was the best part of the stay. Loved also the large swimming pool (shared) and the breakfast selection. The hotel is located further away from the city centre in a quiet location for those who want a nature escape.

The beach at the hotel is not clean, especially when the sea-water level is low in the daytime.

Breakfast spread is fantastic. Many choices. The location is a bit far from the city but the tranquillity of the hotel is good.

I gave cleanliness amiss because I was bitten by bed bugs. If not I love the big bed.

We love the Navana, a little oasis just north of the heart of Pattaya. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast selection. Our absolute favourite part is the little coffee machines placed throughout the property. After a 20 hour flight from the other side of the world, it’s nice to know that if you’re wide awake at 3am from jet lag, a delicious coffee is only a few meters away. It’s a very calm resort. We stayed in a pool villa which was very private and clean. They provide mosquito coils and there’s an outdoor fan on the patio which is awesome!!

There was one morning where the water pressure ran out. But I think they were preforming maintenance. It was back on in a few minutes with the best water pressure ever.

The hotel has the nice big swimming pool surrounded with pleasant green area. The service is friendly. The sea view rooms have a specious balconies with a good view. The design of the hotel is very tasteful.

Although the design of the hotel is very tasteful it is often not the most practical. Rooms are big but in reality because of unpractical design there is not much space in them. A bad placed in the middle of the room is perhaps a nice idea for the Instagram but in practice it takes too much space, which could be utilised differently. The same with the huge bathtub in the middle of the room. Again, it looks cool but it’s useless as this space could be used to put there a decent couch with a table. Also the concept of “open bathroom” with just curtains separating it from the rest of the room is perhaps trendy but unpractical as most people prefer a bit more privacy in the bathroom.

The whole resort was stunning to look at well maintained grounds and areas. The staff very helpful and did try and help when we had some issues. The villa / suite we had was stunning but few issues with the pool and leafs and dirt from the trees

Food issues. Ants and other creatures in and around the food at breakfast. Ants in the bread that I selected and all the bread had to be removed. Staff did then cover this going forward and checking and cleaning throughout. The boiled eggs cooked by the chef at the egg station were never cooked correctly. Picked 5 eggs over 2 days and all 5 under cooked and not edable and had to be returned. Lunch pool menu good choice but unfortunately they do not state everything in the sandwich which when it arrived had pineapple in to which I am allergic to. I didn't raise this before hand as this was not stated in the sandwich like it does on the club sandwich.

A small cozy hotel with a good design and a lot of greenery. Great staff. A quiet place for relax.

Breakfast was OK..., unfortunately completely without creativity, every day the same, absolutely no variation. By the sea in a 5 star hotel, I would also expect a little more seafood and fish. So the food a little disappointing. At check out, the receptionist didnt say a word about whether we were satisfied. A very unfotrunate and dangerous choice - securing balconies with ropes! With 2 small children (1 and 4 years) we were constantly nervous thet they would not get to the balcony. Overall we were satisfied.

Breakfast was exceptional! They had many choices, both Asian and Western, and all were delicious. Service in the dining area was prompt and pleasant. All staff were wonderful, friendly, and responsive to questions. The pool was really nice - tranquil and great location with beach views. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the bathtub on the balcony. The bathroom was enormous and had wonderful lighting. The location is a bit far from downtown Pattaya, but the hotel has a free shuttle to two locations in Pattaya, which was highly convenient. The shuttle doesn't run after 8:30 PM, though, so plan to use the Bolt app to get back to the hotel if you are out later into the evening.

A very minor thing, but the music that was playing on the hotel loudspeakers got very annoying! It was a loop of a melody that started out as sounding soothing, but became an audio nuisance within a day or two of listening to it in all the common spaces of the hotel.

The reception and cleaners were very helpful and professional. Management and reception were exceptionally efficient and professional in handling any problems. Breakfast was more than excellent. Good, clean pool, and cozy beach.

Pillows are uneven and clumpy. I prefer at least one memory foam pillow to be available. Gym was very small and lacked a rowing machine and a chest machine.

Loved the pool and the view from the balcony. Room was super modern and relaxing. the staff were all nice and helpful. really felt like a nature escape.

maybe some maintenance is needed. the pools bar could be livened up. the spa prices were triple the price of local massage places as was the laundry. wine by the class would be nice too

The hotel is truly stunning and positioned away from the hustle and bustle. It's a place where you can unquestionably find tranquility, if it weren't for the mosquitoes or sand fleas at the beach 😅. Regrettably, swimming in the sea isn't always possible due to frequent low tides, and the insects can be bothersome in the evenings. Thankfully, there's ample space in the swimming pool for everyone 😊. The staff was friendly, with the cleaning crew standing out. The shuttle service proved to be very beneficial for us. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and offers everything one could desire. I was particularly impressed by the children's facility. We really enjoyed our room with pool access, but it lacked a wardrobe. Unfortunately, there weren't many storage options. Thanks to the Navana team for a wonderful time!
