Fantastic hotel, within less than 10 minutes walk from the Kazlıçeşme metro train station. From there it's a 14 minute journey on the B1 line to Sirkeci station, near to the Sultanahmet old town and the Eminönü ferry terminals. Walking between the hotel and station is easy, and I never felt unsafe, even at night. The hotel was clean and well laid out, the room was quiet with great air conditioning, the staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Housekeeping left me extra (free) water bottles every day, which was very much appreciated. The hotel feels very new and everything worked without a problem.

I can't think of any major criticisms of the hotel, it was great and I would 100% stay again. Breakfast got very busy after 9am, but that's understandable. The snacks sold in the lobby were much pricier than the local supermarket, again understandable. FYI this hotel is closer to IST airport on the Europe side of Istanbul. I didn't realise this, as I booked my flight to SAW airport and not IST airport, and this meant a long chaotic taxi journey from the airport to the hotel (which was nothing to do with the hotel, I booked the taxi separately). The silver lining was the taxi drove across the First Bosphorus Bridge, which gave me a tremendous view over Istanbul.

The breakfast was excellent, you had a lot of varieties, from sweets to salty, coffee, juices, tea, water, Turkish tea and even a waffle making corner. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and since we came by car, we could park it at their location. In the room we had good amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer and even an iron :) The property itself close to Marmaray train, which has a direct line to city center and Asian par. 10 minutes to city center and 15 minutes to Asian part ( Uskudar ). Closer also to one mall

Property was very clean and the rooms look exactly as they are in the photos. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures of the room or property. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the train and bus stops. The environment is also quiet most of the time and windows are sound proofed with barely any noise filtering in from outside (my room was street facing. As a first time solo traveler, I found the hotel to be very safe. The receptionists Umut and Rasul were both were kind and accommodating. Umut helped me book a taxi to the airport- driver was punctual and also very kind. Overall great experience staying at the hotel for 13 nights.

I wasn’t told beforehand that there was a connecting door in my room so it freaked me out a little but all was good once I realised the connecting door can’t be opened from the other side.

The reception guy, his name is Resul,, was very helpful. We reached hotel at noon, and the check-in time is 2pm. We told Resul we are tired after a long trip, so he was kind enough to find us a room ready in 15 minutes. The breakfast was great with good variety of foods and drinks. The terrace was great. Trees and shrubs were marked professionally with details. There is a mosque (prayer area) in the basement. This is very good given the rooms are a bit tight specially if two persons want to pray in congregation. I also liked the painting depicting some of Istanbul landmarks in the corridors.

Didn't like the sofa bed in the room. TBH, the double bed was great. Also the room was small to my liking.

The staff are excellent and very friendly. Not only do they take very good care of their guests, but also of the little kittens that have settled in the hotel garden. For this we give at least 5 out of 5 stars. Special thanks to Fatih Tuna and Kamil, as well as the gentleman from security who also spoke very good German. The hotel has a direct connection to the Marmaray (Kazlicesme) and you can be in Sirkeci and Eminönü within 10 minutes. Facilities and breakfast are top.

Location near train & bus stops. Nearby cost and park, Istanbul historical wall, Olivium outlet center and money exchange office, comfy bed, bathroom, view, tasty breakfast. Available car parking. Daily room cleaning. Daily water bottles for free. Hotel rooms look like photos on booking.

No swimming pool or kids area. No room survive, you have to order food and pay in advance to reception staff then wait in the hotel restaurant until they prepare the food. They charged me 100 $ for small damage by mistake in the sofa bed mattress & refused to discount despite they didn’t discover it but I reported that damage to reception staff by myself.

The breakfast at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel was diverse and fresh, offering a good range of hot and cold options. The level of cleanness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, was excellent, with everything appearing spotless and well-maintained. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the limited selection of TV channels, which made it hard to find good entertainment options. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable and slow at times, making it difficult to stream or get work done efficiently. These issues detracted from the overall experience, especially during downtime in the room.

I loved the quiet. so so quiet. it was clean and service was great. reception staff were absolutely fantastic. extremely helpful and on it. oh, and the pillows were lush!!! I requested extra pillows because I have a lower back and shoulder disability, but I didn't need any because of how fantastic the quality of those pillows was. I didn't need anymore. I just can't fault the hotel. a huge thank you to everyone at reception and breakfast staff.

I wish they had an outdoor pool!!!

The breakfast was very good and varied The room was very clean every day It had quick access to the local train/tram so you can quickly get to the mall or very easy to get to the Aquarium. It had a gym (even if I didn't get to use it) It also had a small mall at a walking distance of 7-10 mintues

The room we staid in had a door to another room (probably both rooms formed an apartment before). When you opened it, it was indeed a thick wooden panel in the door frame and both rooms had a door on each side (the door knob on one side didn't move the one on the other side). But it was still uncomfortable when other guests came to the other room and tried out the door in the middle of the night. :D At least place a sign on each door saying not to open. This made me give 8/10 instead of 10/10

All the staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and its location—very close to metro and bus stations—was perfect. It was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations, making my trip truly amazing. I will definitely choose Hampton by Hilton again for my future travels.
