Location was excellent, near the Beach and "poblado" (3 minutes in car and have many good restaurants, stores and night life) , have free parking, quiet area for rest well, super comfortable bed. I was reading the reviews of people telling the problem of no hot water but we dont have this problem, the water was warm enough for a pleassant shower time. The view to near beach was beautifull. Excellent place to stay in summer.

Not elevator, I have a problem with my hips and was a challenge to up and down but only has 3 floors.

Location close to everything we had on our itinerary, comfy beds, hot water. Air conditioner was cold and all fans working.

They forgot to give us a coffee maker so we had 1 day without & we drink coffee like it's water. The bathroom mirror was cracked & broken. Kitchen cabinet doors broken along with broken door for utility closet. (Which we used neither but they need to replace that, drawer almost fell on my toe)

This place is great, it's close to everything. You will not find a better value in this area. Kids love the pool, all restaurants are within 10 minutes. Poblado of Cabo Rojo, is like a 5 minute drive, if you lucky enough to get the balcony view, the sunrise and sunsets are truly amazing. My kids and I keep coming whenever possible. Very spacious units.

Guys, please it's time to replace these mattresses. this is my 4th time staying here, and it's always been a different unit, and all the beds are terrible. Please new mattresses.

I really liked that there were windows in each room that let in nice light. The location was great, and the surrounding area was beautiful and safe. There were nice views from our balcony, the apartment was a good size, and the beds were very comfortable. There were two bathrooms so we didn’t have to share and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I also liked that there were two pools, so they were never crowded, and there was always parking available in the lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

There are a/c units in both bedrooms, but there were only ceiling fans in the main living area. In the evening it was okay, but during the day, at least in August, it was very warm in the main living area. Also, the furniture and cabinetry could use some updating.

There’s an adorable cat, Nina, that stays at the hotel. I saw her kittens one day, but I think the staff moved them- hopefully to a safe, cool place. I bought her cat food an hope the staff will feed her proper cat food and not old hot dogs… the beds were good and the location was great. Pools are wonderful with a gorgeous view! The sunset views- from the 3rd floor are breathtaking. Worth it and I can’t wait to visit Nina again ;)

Water not as hot as I would have liked.

Location is great, I have been here several times, dog friendly. Very comfy beds, everything very clean , pools crystal blue waters. Easy check in and out.

my only disappointment was I saw the smoke detector had no battery. The cartridge was sticking out. Toilet seat was loose. I wish The hotel had an ice machine. Oh a loose board on pool deck was very dangerous. Like I said I have been there before but this time I was disappointment.

Maternal family roots lie there, so I get to visit with cousins friends making it Very convinient. Spacious apartment,very clean.

Glass on microwave door was falling if you tried to open it, so it wasn't functional Check foundation on king bed of Apt 102, it felt uneven

The place has its good times well in the past, but it’s as expected and fit well as a place to sleep somewhere while exploring the coast. I’ve got huge apartment and check-in after the reception’s working hours was smooth.

As expected, but still the quality and maintenance is not an advantage of this place.

It was a great area & nice views! The space was clean & much larger than expected. We felt very relaxed there. We enjoyed our stay!

There were a few updates that easily could have been made-- such as a showerhead that was old & barely working & a cupboard door that was nearly falling off. However, we would book again because--overall-- it was fine. :)

The facility exceed my expectations it was the best of the best I’ll 100% recommended the staff and the view the facilities everything is over the 🔝 the staff is friendly and helpful they go the extra mile the facility is clean and secure also the room omg super clean bathrooms beds and the fridge they make sure you don’t need anything and always with a smile and the view omg to die for I’ll recommend 100% and I’ll go back on my next trip!!
