The location is great, I liked the colonial feeling of the structure and the quietness. It is a place for people looking to have peace and calm with the family. We enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean and employees were very polite. Tough the room was small and old fashion had everything we needed. The views are amazing. You can see mountains, trees and the bay from almost everypoint. Loved it!

There is a stucture behind the main one that needs to be fixed. There used to be a dock and it would be nice if it is reinstalled. It would be nice to add a playground for kids. There was a night when staff was moving furniture in the upper floor and it caused me and husband to not be able to sleep until late in the night. It didnt bother me cause I am a very calm person that enjoy nature and the breeze is enough for me but there are not extra activities taking place for enjoyment.

Very conveniently located. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Lovely facility and grounds. Good for families, with swings and pool easily accessible.

Better signage on the road would have been more helpful in the dark. The bumpers to the circular driveway damaged my car. If they don't want people using that driveway to check-in and unload, they should say so. The showers were cold and only warmed to tepid after more than 3 minutes. I know they need to save water, but providing one bath sheet only per person left the towels wet when you needed them dry after you left after your shower.

We like the cleanliness of the room, the pool and the common areas. Staff was friendly, very quite room, comfortable bed and really cold air conditioner. At the front desk they gave us a bag of coffee as a gift. Room looks small because it has a King bed, but it was spacious for two people. Hot and very cold water available. The room have a TV, mini fridge and a microwave, but we didn't use any of them because we only stay for one night to rest. They also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had dinner and it was really good.

The coffee maker at the room didn't work, so we took the bag of coffee (the gift) home to try it. That was the only thing we didn't like.

Very convenient and good restaurantt for bkfast, lunch ,dinner at reasonable prices. Very helpful and attentive staff.

No frills here. But what was there, was clean, appropriate. If you get one of their special rates- great., otherwise the price not in keeping with facilities. Pool needs more attention...Water somewhat murky... Very close to natural attractions of area. beautiful surroundings with a view to bay.

Love it , the service is super great and if you want to relax this is an excellent spot

1- make improvements in color room a little bit more modern pieces will help to merge to age of the parador and the new , modern time 2-make a malecón walking area for guests to enjoy the beautiful Bahia 3- Make a better area for Restaurant using maybe buildings that don’t use could improve the profits

The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. I loved how quaint the hotel is. You feel like you're in Puerto Rico. Very pretty. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean. The pool area is very nice. Nice size pool

It's difficult to criticize this lovely hotel. I didn't like that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. I didn't like that there were no real windows. (You couldn't open them) No natural sunlight. The view is beautiful, but you couldn't appreciate the ocean unless you left your front door open. The towels were very small and no hand towels. Other than that, everything else was great. Small, but quaint and very comfortable. It has it's own special Puerto Rican Vibe. It's a secret gem.

They need to spend a little more money On Costumers personal Care, every Hotel that we have stayed the put little soaps, conditioners even shampoo but this have Rusty soaps dispenser and hand soap for both Hands and Body. That’s Not aceptable. The Wifi wasn’t working and the TV from 5 day stay only one was able to see it. No channels at all.

It's a true gem hidden in the mountains, very peaceful and quiet. Not to mention the beautiful mountains and water surrounding the property. We only stayed there for one night because we were going to see the bioluminescent at night. This hotel has the perfect location. We paid $4 to have our laundry done by the staff, such a nice service. The restaurant is nice too. We had breakfast and lunch there.

Bed is soft for me.

This parador is gorgeous and well-managed. When I accidentally made two reservations, the manager proactively called me up to verify whether that was what I meant to do. She also helped me to cancel the superfluous reservation with Booking.com. Also, I got a great last-minute rate!

I think that on weekdays they only serve breakfast. Verify your meal expectations. I ate a good dinner in nearby Guanica.
