Beautiful and relaxing pool area. Friendly, welcoming and informative staff. Good on site restaurant. Good quality linens and comfortable bed. Beautiful design throughout the property. Thoughtful touches are included like a beach bag with towels for the pool. Included breakfast was good quality with plentiful options.

The inside rooms are small with limited space to stow luggage and some odd features like the bathroom light switch at the front door. The space has a bit of a design over function feel. Parking is tight. Service, value and food at the partner restaurants suggested in the area is not same standard as the on site restaurant.

What's not to like? My wife and I have been eager to stay at this fabulous and outstanding hotel for several years, and the wait was absolutely worth it. We arrived early afternoon and were immediately greeted with complimentary drinks. The staff treated us like locals, showing respect, courtesy, and attention to detail that went above and beyond. We've had bad experiences in the past, so when our AC went out around midnight, we braced ourselves. However, they changed us to a better, higher-value room without hesitation. The location couldn't be better – you could practically throw a rock and land in the water! And the adult-only concept? It perfectly preserves the peace for those seeking true relaxation. I could go on and on about the great things here, but I'll let you experience it for yourself. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of marvelous.

ALL WAS PERFECT

Great bed. Breakfast was good; very appreciated. Staff at restaurants, bar and pool were wonderful. Bed super comfy. Welcome drinks. Very modern decoration. Pool ambience is great. I was concerned about music noise as per reviews but it didn't bother us at all & we were close to it... they lowered volume after 10 pm and it was perfect to keep party ambience at pool w/o disturbing sleepers.

Hot water was a bit limited but it didn't bother us. Would have loved a late checkout, since the hotel was not full at all, but this is not a must... we would definitely return.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant was good, location was great, staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable.

Loud music kept us awake.They played very loud music in the pool area until 1:30am on Friday night. We complained on Saturday night at about midnight. At first they responded that the loud music was part of their "lifestyle" amenities for guests who stay up late. After we pointed out that we didn't see any guests in the pool area at all - the music was playing for no one- they were responsive, turning off the music. There was no mention on the website or on the booking listing to expect loud music late at night as part of the policies. Water problems. While we were there, they were experiencing water problems. A couple of times during our stay, we didn't have water in the shower. They were apologetic and were diligent in fixing the problems.

The location of the hotel is excellent. They have plenty of parking spots for the guests and it is walking distance to many casual restaurants and to boat services. The employees were vey courteous,answered all of our questions and they even accompanied us to our room. Our room was #13 with a nice view to the pool area and to the ocean. The room is big and the bathroom area has plenty of space. It was clean they had hot/cold water with good water pressure. The towels were new or almost new. The sheets were clean and soft and the pillows and mattress were comfortable. Free WiFi and the TV had a variety of channels. The room was also equipped with a safe box, ice bucket, water, snacks and beach/pool towels. The A/C wasn’t working properly but they solved the issue. The hotel was clean including the common areas. They also owned a few restaurants and if you visit one of them and mention that you are staying at the hotel they will give you a 10 % off. We visited Isla Cueva Restaurante and it was good and the attention was excellent.

Hip, laid back, high quality boutique hotel with a Tulum vibe. Easy to spend time here. Staff was very kind, personable and professional. They try very hard to make you comfortable while keeping things casual. Food was delicious, fresh and creative. And incredibly well priced for the quality. We loved staying here. Pool area, dining room, individual rooms, lobby/ gathering space very attractive, comfortable and hip. Every corner of the property is Instagram worthy.

Could use more storage space in the rooms for bathroom articles and for suitcases- maybe a luggage rack?

The facilities are all what you need, the room was so clean and well thought, you don’t hear any noise and is very dark which I personally love for sleeping. Jesus was so kind and friendly he helped us with some hiccups we had and made our stay more enjoyable. The restaurant serves delicious food and bar have amazing cocktails. We enjoyed the pool which is 24 hours. Looking for coming back :)

Amazing hotel, with good vibe. Exceeded our expectations, amazing ocean view from our room, looks much better than in pictures. Best part is staff, especially in the hotel restaurant, both young lady when we had dinner and young men when we were having breakfast were amazing, service 5 stars+! Food was also good in restaurant, huge portions. and fast service. Compliments for chef as well.

It's sad, that we stayed only 1 night, but we will come next time for more!

The property has everything, is definitely in great location. Walking distance to bars and activities. The view on the room with balcony is a treat. One of the amazing things is the quality of service, warmth and quality of service by the staff. Naming two that I could remember their names is John from the front desk, Adriana from the pool restaurant and bar. Excellent employees. All staff is great !

The privacy of the bathroom doors.

We loved the location to all of the tours and small local vendors. The aesthetic was amazingly relaxing and beautiful. Most of all the staff was what put this place over the top. We came without reservations to any tours and the helped us accomplish what we came for. Everyone is very welcoming.

The showers in the unit were not that great in terms of pressure or temperature regulating but they were clean and not that big of a deal since it is a historic building.
