I liked my room very much, located on the ground floor and had a little private terrace right by the pool. The room was spacious, had a little coffee maker, and a generous fridge. The mattress was super comfortable The bathroom included a working jacuzzi tub, which I enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing more coffee and drinking water and shampoo (ecetera) when needed. The hotel itself had beautifully planted areas with well taken care of exotic plants.

On the weekends the pool was very crowded and the water quality reflected the crowds at times. But during the week the beautifully designed pool was a pleasure!

As residents on the island, we visit the west coast ofter because we love this region. It was our first time in the hotel and we loved it in total. Beautiful surroundings and very well cared for. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cozy beds and pillows and good layout. The bathroom was big and the shower was amazingly good. Very clean and even the bathroom products were good. The restaurant is very good and the service is wonderful. What we like the most is the tranquility. The pool is fabulous and it is in an amazing spot that you can spend the whole day there and then watch the beautiful sunsets of the west coast of Puerto Rico. Really good for a getaway with your partner! We are definitely coming back.

There are no close by places to eat but the Brasas restaurant. The restaurant serves good food but it is pricey. The Pelican Grill by the pool also has good food but again, pricey. The hotel should create plans for the guests including meals. I don't know if they have these plans but if they do, we were not offered these as an option. This should be considered to make the hotel more attractive to guests to make the money even more worth paying.

This property has it all…. If you are seeking for a not so crowded and private spot. The beach which is not mentioned here as No beach..yes.. smaller and hidden and it really needs some attention. The pool is just from side to side facing the beautiful sunsets and it has baby pool, kids and adult. Great feature is the restaurant sonif you just want to stay without deiving out to just relax and rest this is the place to be. Very attentive staff. Well maintain areas.. and since they di have lots of outdoor seating and is ocean front properties.. of course you will have sun damage colored seat but they were clean. Pool tables and chairs are nice and clean also…. We also Enjoyed the Hot tub and the building paint and sites are so well kept. I read from another review property was needed some other individual it was not so…. Maybe they have painted but it didnt seem it was recent paint; so someone is misleading information. We stayed at 2nd floor ocean front.. room was so big. Jacuzzi tub very nice and clean and the 4th floor room is the honey moon with the outdoor jacuzzi facing the ocean. I hope my next reservation this one is available. Very comfortable bes and soft. pillows.. blankets were so soft and cleaned. The room itself is a 5 star superb. We stayed for 4 nights. Restaurant is actually doing an outside remodeling for outside eating. The service and the food was amazing breakfast and dinner. Staff was very attentive and kind. The only negative I can say is that the aire conditioning if the restaurant was very very cold as for me and others but I guess to prevent any viruses or flu season transferring; I guess it was to justify. Overall the rest 3 nights we ate there … we just used our jackets.. Thank you for all … you have surpassed our expectations and we will be back hopefully this year.

The Brasas restaurant a/c too cold for Us

The pool and lobby area were beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The price is high for what you get, but we knew this going in. You pay for location, right on the ocean. It's a 20 minute drive to get into town to do anything, so only stay here if you like the seclusion. Food and drink from the Pelican Grill was reasonably priced and good portions. Our flight was changed last minute and we had to check out a night early. They charged a $125 cancellation fee. Nothing we could do about it, and I kind of get it. But the hotel was booked solid. I'm sure they booked out our room anyway and they didn't need to charge us.

The rooms are a bit outdated and felt a bit tired and run down. The photos are deceiving and make it look more luxurious than it really is. We got a "deluxe" room but there wasn't anything deluxe about it. The doors to the bathroom and closet were so thin and felt cheap. They aren't environmentally friendly and only provided little packets for shampoo and conditioner. They should get on board with most other hotels and have large bottles attached to walls in the showers.

Beautiful hotel. Very well located, away from noise and hustle. Ample parking, great tanning site, in front of beach. Gym is small and equipment needs improvement, but adequate. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Brisas restaurant is very good. Would have enjoyed an included breakfast for price of stay. However, breakfast is very inexpensive outside of restaurant.

Gym has few equipment and some not work well.

Beautiful hotel and stunning surroundings - right on the beach. The pool area is gorgeous and very clean/well-maintained. TV in room was finicky, but no problem for a one-night stay. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, private patio really rounded out the experience.

TV was broken, and had a less than stellar experience at the onsite Brasas restaurant; we were seated and waited for our server for over 15 minutes before deciding to bail and go elsewhere for breakfast. Staff were very kind about this though, and there are tons of panaderias/breakfast spots nearby.

Good location. Clean and near airport. The restaurant food is delish

Was too old for the amount of money. Seemed like high price for mediocre. The drinks were not clear on pricing of house alcohol vs top shelf. Was told by one staff what the drink would contain but was given completely different liquor. Also the toilet was too low for an adult.

Staff was incredibly nice, and super helpful. The restaurant and pool are fantastic. The view is amazing. There is very little beach since hurricane, but there are many beaches nearby. Rooms are great value for money, and really comfy. I highly recommend, this was a fantastic choice

I feel that for the price paid guests should be able to get a tea/coffee in the morning for free/included. I paid $4 20 for an Americano which felt excessive Need to seriously reduce use of single use plastics & styrofoam cups. No need for this. Loads of unnecessary plastics in the bedroom and all single use cups at the pool and for water at the bar!

The location was very good.We spent a day at a local beach ( beach at hotel has a rocky bottom) and had a wonderful time.Although hotel restaurant was good we wondered to a neighboring small seaside comm.(Joyuda)and had a wonderful seafood dinner.Hotel,staff were very helpful my wife and I highly recommend it.
