I liked that the staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area and made you feel welcomed. The location of the property was convenient in getting to the beach and the nearby coffee shop. Probably about a 4 minute walk.

I wasn’t enthusiastic about the tourist prices at the bar/restaurant. Also, though I recommend this hotel the scene there is little more grown up. So, if you are traveling with little ones, which works because it did for us, just be mindful of the crowd and activities at the bar.

Location was absolutely amazing! The Big Kahuna Burger Bar upstairs from our room had great food and the staff was friendly. Rick and Tim made us feel at home! Will definitely stay here again!

On our first night there was a large group staying next to us. They were extremely loud and rude. Kept making alot of noise until almost 1am! I asked them several times to keep it down, I even complained about it to the night manager. I'm not sure anything was done about it until I said something to the general manager the next day. I'm assuming he said something to the group because we didn't hear them the rest of the stay. Even with all that I will definitely stay here again!

The pool was open for 24 hrs and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room was poorly decorated, there were no windows and it was right underneath the bar so it would get a bit rowdy from time to time.

Really nice and neat. I have previously stayed around the neighborhood before, for longer stays and loved the feeling of being in the countryside and close to the beach at the same time. Room was spacious for 4 adults, and really nice and clean. Great parking spaces and pool area. Friendly staff. Great price! Looking forward to go back for another weekend.

Hot water on shower needs to be checked.

A lot of cats roaming around and very close to my room, even sitting in my terrace chairs:l. The shower had a leak and when I informed front desk they said they knew about it but had no one that could fix it.

Second time staying at the hotel, it can improve the cleaning of halls and lobby areas. Overall it was good.

My day was peaceful, comfortable, and I would definitely go back.

Did the reception crew were outstanding but the maintenance of cleaning crew were not as good.

Location on the Puntas area, next (walking distance) to our favorite beach (Sandy Beach) and restaurants. The vibe around this small hotel is top!

for the money- it was a good value and staff was awesome- it was a little loud if you go to sleep early- but not too bad

The location to the beach was perfect. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with a great balcony for lounging.

There wasn't much night life within walking distance. The on premise bar was nice but we were hoping for more places to grab a drink or bite to eat.
