Location location location! No frills but everything you need for a wonderful stay. The owner and staff were on hand and helpful in any way. The views are spectacular and the beaches around were perfect for relaxing and one of our favorite things was finding sea glass. There are sea turtles right outside of our balcony frolicking in the surf. This is also a great area if you like to surf. The pool is right outside of the door and well maintained, refreshing and beautiful! There is also a shallow side that you can lie in just in just to sunbathe if you wanted to. There's also a bar downstairs that the owner manages and a small restaurant. We were told of a lovely little Pandaria which is like a Bakery with coffee and breakfast, lunch and pastry items to die for. You can also pick up necessities, almost like a bodega but better.

I can't think of anything I did not like. Like I said this is nothing fancy but I am not one to want a resort feel. Otherwise I would go to a resort.

The bed was comfortable, but there is very little else. The owner does do a lot there, he checks you in at the bar, he also serves as bartender, waiter. He is very personable, and he remembered us from our trip at the beginning of 2024.

There is not a lot of room in the hotel room, with a big 4 poster bed 2 dressers and a small table and 2 chairs, there isn’t a lot of room to walk around.

We LOVE Freddie (Alfredo) the owner and his beautiful family! Booking.com didn't have accurate info regarding smoking policies, which was an issue at the get go, but Freddie worked with us about that. The food was excellent and a great value. We liked the place so much that we extended our stay, made new friends, and plan to return next year.

Climbing up the stairs, and step up to the bathroom area, but had such a wonderful stay that those issues became mute.

The people at this Hotel were insanely accommodating. We had issues with our Air BNB, and they were able to get us in ASAP with our six year old. Without question, they tried to meet our needs and worked diligently to make it a good experience.

The breakfast was very good

The fact that they only had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, I guess because it was off season, although Monday he wasn’t normally open, he did make us breakfast.

the property is right on the ocean with a fantastic view. we had a room with a private balcony that was excellent. the owner is wonderful and did everything he could to make our stay great!!

The view was stunning. The room was quaint. Met the owner as he served us at the bar. He was very nice and talked with us for awhile.

The view, the quiet, the foo6, the staff . Near to a lot of good beaches.

I didn't have anything bad to said about it.

The price was excellent. Very good service. Beautiful view. And the food is extremely excellent. I will definitely go back. As soon as possible.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful scenery. You are right on the ocean. If you get a west room you have a balcony over the water. Lots of restaurants nearby. 25 minutes from Rincon. Rooms are small, and not luxurious, but they are sufficient for a few nights. You go to this area to be outside, not locked in a room. There is a nice pool overlooking the ocean. Small parking area, we used the lot across the street. Very friendly staff.

Air-conditioning unit outside was noisy and made the room loud. Towels weren't the best.
