The location is amazing. It has astonishing sea views. You fall asleep listening to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was just a few meters from the sea shore. The bed mattress is the best I have ever slept on. The food at the "Pura Vida" restaurant is fabulous and exquisite. If you want to rest and relax, this place is for you. There are many restaurants in the area with relatively cheap prices and good food. Two miles east you can rent scooters and ride a wooden path along the seashore. The beach in front of the hotel is not necessarily suitable for bathers, but you can walk 500 meters east along the shore and reach Playa Jobos and Playa Montones, which are great.

The rooms could be bigger but they are comfortable and very clean. Small parking, but is functional.

Second time staying at this location Spartan furnishings but clean and comfortable. We knew what to expect. Recently remodeled and you can notice a difference as more people are working there and they offered housekeeping which was before unavailable except on request. Steps from the beach and a cluster of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet side of the island but a grocery store within a 15 minute drive.

Would have like a small table and 2 chairs to be able to eat in. Bed was softer than I was used to but still comfortable.

I loved that as soon as I checked in Aliah attended us with the best excellent service. Until the day we checked out. The maids where all friendly and attentive. Especially Glorivee and the maid that cleaned my room on Sunday. were excellent! Those room were at all times, in tip top shape. The cleaness from the time you enter the reception area and the room. Give those ladies an A plus. The gentleman’s employees outside. Very nice. I worked in a five star hotel in Humacao. Palmas Del Mar for 15 years and I know what it is a excelente customer service. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. It was our 46 Anniversary and our birthdays. See bottom remarks of the structure.

We did see many areas of the building that needs to be renovated. One, the lock in room 20 was a problem opening and closing. The jacuzzi’s the controls were not working properly. Saw water was not rinse while I was there. It rained every night while I stayed and had to go back to my room because there was no where to hide from the rain. Every where we got rained on. The chair with the cushion outside where all wet. On Sunday night we order drinks at Tropical Cowboy and we had no where to hid from the rain. We wanted to sit relax to feel the ocean, and enjoy our drinks, even if it rain. But no where to cover ourselves. Parking excellent. Structure needs more working on.

25 years since i didn't visit my Island. The location was perfect, right on the beach. Very relaxing, romantic and beautiful. The staff was very professional and welcoming. There's a restaurant right downstairs, across the street and a few more businesses down the street. Delicious food everywhere!! Will absolutely go back. I was super surprised to find that a lot of people in this area spoke English.

The only small thing was that the rooms don't have a mini fridge or microwave.

Location, Location, Location We stayed in the room right on the water, unfortunately it was one of the only rooms that have yet to be renovated. But, it was fine. The location is the real reason you stay here. The beds were comfortable (Tempurpedic) and the room was clean. Jacuzzi's to use too. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The location is ON THE SAND of Jobos Beach. At the very end--but you can walk down the beach easily to the main part of the beach and to the restaurant. There is a great coffee shop with breakfast across the road, and there is a cool surf shop with the friendliest people about 100 yards away with a coffee shop attached that was very charming. Another great feature (that I hope they keep) is the cute bar that is open TH-SUN in a beautiful spot overlooking the water. The cocktails were top-notch and was some of my favorite parts of the trip

Can't wait to come back with the room updated. Needed some features for sure, but with a few fixes would be perfect.

Literally everything. The location was the last thing we cared about but oh my god did it exceed our expectations. We needed a hotel for the night due to a flight cancellation. It was the best rated, most reasonably priced place only 11 minutes from the airport. The staff were so personable, gave great food recommendations, and they walked us to our room! That was what really set them apart from others. Such a small thing but what above and beyond care. No hate to my grandmother in Mayagüez but the next time we go to PR we’re staying here.

The only thing that I wished was different was the mattress was too soft. What a “complaint” to have!

Everything, the water view was exceptional, the bed, very comfortable, bathroom very spacious, hot water!!! The room was very spacious with its own dining table and couch! The staff, very professional, Each time I called the front desk, one of the employees (Iris) they responded immediately to my request, planning to go back and stay there again,

The only thing I found I didn’t like was the thin walls, I was able to hear the traffic, but after a certain time of night there wasn’t much traffic, since the hotel is next to the beach

The place is beautiful. Staff is really nice, the restaurant downstairs very good, as well as the breakfast place in front. The fact that is located walking distance to Jobos is a plus.

No hot water. When I went to the front desk to see if they could change to another room they said that the system is solar and well basically there was northing they could do. Unacceptable, there has to be a way to have hot water. Figure it out. In addition, the bed was pretty good but the pillows were too high and gave me neck pain.

Me and my friends loved this place. Unfortunately, we only booked for one night. If we knew beforehand that this was a diamond in the ruff, we would have stayed longer. We reached PR at 2am and was able to check-in and get instruction on how to get in my room over the phone. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the ocean. View was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable which is the most important thing to me. A bad bed can ruin a vacation. The road that the hotel is on is filled with beautiful, quaint places to eat. Owned by the locals, Blessings Cafe was awesome. Owners are very welcoming, and the food is awesome. The prices for the hotel and the neighboring restaurants are reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

The balcony could use a little love. Some small renovations and paint would make all the difference.

The location was incredible. I wanted a place where I could just open the door and be on the beach and that is exactly what I got. I loved it here so much I almost want to give it a bad rating so that other people won't come and I can return every year with no problems. The bed was really comfortable and it was convenient to have the kitchen area.

The only thing I would suggest was if the room had a clock and a full length mirror. The mirror in the bathroom was positioned so it was high on the wall and I was too short to see myself in it. It made it tricky when I was putting on sunscreen. Also a clock would be nice for when you wake up in the night and have no idea what time it is.
