The entire complex is beautiful! We were pleasantly surprised with the security, location and ambiance. The restaurant Eclipse is lovely on the waterfront and the food was exceptional as was the service! Our server, Giovanny was very attentive and he recognized we were in a "relaxing mood" and not in a hurry to order food, he respected that. The manager, Jonas, was also very attentive making it a point to check in on us and when we ran into him the following day he remembered our names - now that's IMPRESSIVE! We will definitely be returning next year on our annual trip to PR.

Our only complaint is that our villa did not have an ice maker or microwave. The staff made up for the lack of an ice maker by delivering buckets of ice - awesome!

Beautiful resort, but not worth the money. Rooms could use an upgrade and one has to request room be cleaned if staying more than one night. TV didn’t work and number to call for any request didn’t work using resorts phone or my iPhone. We were even charged for the milk we put in our morning coffee. The food, especially for dinner needs to be improved. The resort has codes that change daily. If one wants to go to a pool or the gym you have to have the code to get in. Since we couldn’t get in touch with anyone on staff, except by walking to the office we were unable to get the changed codes on our 2nd day. We kind of felt like we were caged animals having to wear wrist bands to prove we were guests?

The location was fabulous, only steps from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, functional air conditioner, and free wifi. The staff was courteous and helpful. It was a great experience.

I only had two minor issues. The water took a long time to warm up in the shower. It seemed particularly long if the next door neighbor already showered. Next, the walls were a mite thin. The neighbor inexplicably left their shower vent running all night long, and I could hear it. Closing our bathroom door helped a little, though. Still, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Impeccable cleanliness. Restaurant is great. Villa was amazing. The property itself was spectacular. Exceptionally great front desk Liza. Incredible incredible incredible!

Staff member at the front desk. Skinny girl with dark hair. Didn’t have a name tag, refused to give her name. Every time she was working the front desk it was a problem. I don’t think she has a personality suitable to work with people.

Breakfast was spectacular.

I think there is no privacy between rooms. The balcony does not have any privacy with the neighbor, just a lattice fence in between. You can see everything. And you can hear everything from the neighbors. Needs a little TLC. The window knobs were broke. The bathroom door was a little broke. And the tv has on and off sound. Otherwise it was excellent but for the price one expect it to be in accordance of what you paid.

The property was located in a very good area, very relaxing. the best thing of the property is the Restaurant Eclypse. I would say is the best around Isabela. They do an amazing Pizza and having breakfast watching the ocean is a definitely plus for me.

We first got into a room and there was NO garden view + was on one of the villas farther away from the beach. The worst part was that they were updating the apartments below our unit so there was constant noise in the room starting 8 am. We complain with management and finally we got an another room, closer to the beach and with access to the garden . The second room was a little older in terms of furnitures and the air conditioning wasn't working at the beginning . After 2 days of rollercoaster ...everything finally worked properly and we could enjoy the vacation.

Is a nice place to rest and have peacefully pleasant days. Very clean and the staff very profesional. The restaurant is excellent!!🥰

I didn’t like the stairs of my Villa because it was on a second floor and the elevator wasn’t working. On the promotiom photo you only see a single floor. Next time I will call and ask for single floor.

We communicated with the front desk via Whatsapp messages, which was super convenient, since we could do it at any time, even during an excursion. They were very responsive and attentive. We loved the hotel in general, classy and quiet, with beautiful sounds of nature! also, the fact that is not an all-inclusive concept, allowed us explore more places to eat and drink (although the restaurant gets 5 stars in my opinion too!).

- rocky beach - it was very difficult to get to water without shoes and maneuvering around so many rocks in water and classic high Puerto Rican waves - even though the resort has huge potential, the "I do not care approach" from staff especially in the restaurant is killing it - only one and very expensive restaurant with far below average food - heavy reconstruction in the flat under our apartment

It is located on a private beach which was walking distance from our garden view villa. There are cabanas and chairs on the beach’s edge. There are 2 pools one by the restaurant/bar and a private one on the property. Restaurant was wonderful with friendly staff. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Our garden villa patio view was the back of other condos but had beautiful greenery surrounding it so it felt private.
