The location, the restaurant across the street, the staff were amazing, the fact that stores were a walk away from the hotel. The rooms service was great, the noise level was low. I love the 2nd floor!

I was a bit disappointed when we arrived (we arrived late at night) as we were given two villas which was not what I booked for, we used only one waiting for rooms at the hotel to become available, we spent two nights in one villa (all five of us, three of the 8 party cancelled the trip) the villas were not comfortable and the noise level was high, we could hear all kinds of outside noise. Thanks to the staff, they accommodated us on the third day, and we were very satisfied thereafter.

Staff super friendly and attentive, my stay from 02/07/2025 to 02/09/2025... tks for everything. Pool area very good, kids enjoy it Room was clean (towels, bed sheets)

Needs to improve the sitting in the room, there were towels in the floor common areas the were "cealing eatr drops" Wood closet doors were old and need to be changed Security box didn't work

We used the hotel as a stop while driving along the shore. The hotel is safe and comfortable needs a little restoring. But all necesery things ware present. Comfortable bed. Nice team in hotel.

In our particular case we got the room over restaurant aircondishioner the noise was very disturbing.

It was great, the location was a very nice area, clean and comfy room, I like the fact that the hotel has its own restaurant, and food was great at a reasonable price. I will stay their again if I travel. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my needs.

I have to nothing to dislike about this hotel everything was super.

This is the 4th time my husband and i have stayed here on vacation I highly recommend the hotel Great place to stay staff Are amazing The rooms are nice and clean very Comfortable Great prices And what I like the most is that they accommodate us we asked for another day to stay and they didn't have a problem with that When I come to Puerto Rico I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Need to Provide ice machine and vending machines in the premises. Needs elderly equipment for bathrooms shower

The place was clean. Restaurants and mayor stores are walking distance. The have a Sam's, Walmart and restaurants like fast-foods .

It's a little loud during few hours of the afternoons.

We like everything.. the best thing we was close to everything too!

The only thing we don’t like was the bathroom wasn’t have air conditioning.. was hot… but other wise was perfect!

Staff was friendly, facility and rooms super clean a little outdated but I didnt need the extra luxury. The restaurant across the street OMG you have to eat there and the staff is also super friendly.

The matress was a little too firm for me , No iron and ironing board I was a bit uncomfortable because I do NOT like to use wrinkled clothes thats a must in a hotel no coffee pot ,

The area was nice, just a small walk and you will get to a super nice beach. There’s not much in the area to do but a perfect place to stay for one night. The room was clean and the staff from the hotel were very friendly.

The room was next to the freeway which made it noisy. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive towards traffic sounds.
