The hotel looks fairly new. Although we did not use all its facilities, it has all the amenities that a hotel should have. Good size room, comfortable as is the bed. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the southwest area of the Island.

As I mentioned, the hotel looks new but there are details that can be improved to keep it spotless. The front desk clerk was not present on occasions and our room was not cleaned on our two night stay. The air conditioning is locked and cannot be controlled to the guest's liking.

Very close to family members and very fair the room price rate.

Need to control the hot water tempeture by health codes. Shouldn't by over 120°. It was extremely hot. Very dangerous for kids in the bath tub. TV system kinda complicated that you have to program your cel with the tv station to watch any channel desire.

Staff was helpful. Rooms were big. It had a decent sized bathtub. Walking distance to several restaurants. Nice small town vibe with anything you need nearby.

Parking was on the street. Overflow available at the convention center a few blocks away. We always found parking. Need to parallel park

Clean and centrally located with a friendly staff. Hotel restaurant and bar were reasonably priced. They have a backup generator and when the whole island lost power they didn’t

Room was a little cold and the thermostat was not adjustable. Just used an extra blanket.

Friendly staff, good location, pool, morning snacks.

Had to endure the hotel water presure cleaning pumps just outside my room door, making noise all day long. I was celebrating mi girl friends birthday the night before and just wanted to relax and sleep, but such is life.

The staff were all extremely friendly, kind, helpful.

the a/c could not be controlled by us, they have it so that a staff member must be called to change it. and ours was probably broken in some way because it was always freezing (we had to ask for extra blankets) and although staff members tried twice to make it a bit warmer, it never changed. Also, the rooms had no place to sit at a table. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. None of this was the fault of staff working there, but rather the fault of management.

I did not eat there because the restaurant was a little odd, it was almost always empty, and it had a big flatscreen TV with an image of a fireplace on it while it was hot outside. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Again, the big TV in the restaurant with an image of a fireplace flickering was just weird. I seem to be one of only a handful of guests and never ran into anybody else in the hallway. So that felt a little strange too. But that is really nobody’s fault. Maybe they were just slow. Overall I really like the place and I am glad that I found it. I will definitely stay there again.

Teb check out, staff. Took for ever to go and chek the room. They come back and charge me for 2 towel but they never show me them. I dont mind paying for something but next time I will like to see why they are charging me for something.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that it was clean and quiet.

Parking facilities are not good. I had to go around the block several times to find Parking because the town church is right in front of the hotel. Need to secure guests parking.
