I would rate the hotel as faded glory. It had a beautiful entrance, and the grounds kept up well. Our room was exceptionally spacious, but had no furniture. There is no view. It is backed by a rusted stadium. You can tell this was once a very nice resort and although they try, it certainly is passed its prime. The pool, however, was clean large, and we had it almost always to ourselves The, attendance staff was very friendly and helpful

It was fair value for the money. The bar and restaurant were not open as advertised. They are only opened on the weekends . Outdoor furniture was a little shabby.

The a/c felt soooo good in this hot weather, the room was super comfortable and clean, neat

The bathtub was super clean but way to slippery, you need to put the rubber rug like in the other room or something to make the tub not so slippery. I almost fell in 2 ocassions, very dangerous

Love the peace and quiet, the a/c in the room outstanding, the pool was refreshing and warm even at night, loved it

1st room was occupied still, very embarrassing. 2nd room an employee just barged in without knocking. That left my wife somewhat tensed all night.

Great location the staff was very helpful and provided special accommodations for my father that was in a wheelchair. Nice relaxing areas.

No hot water

We love it, so quiet and restful...my friend and I just want to rest well, to continue traveling at different places and stores in Ponce and countries near

Surrounding, weird. Some stray dogs . Crazy tunnel to enter property . Weird
