I loved the cleanliness. The check-in was on point. The new remodeled pool area was beautiful.

There wasn't anything I couldn't like, because I got the price value and I felt very comfortable.

The pool and the view are amazing. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed every day of our 9 day stay and we will definitely be staying there again for our next trip to PR.

They are undergoing some renovations and construction and the smell of the paint flared up my allergies and asthma the first few days. The room is too humid from the condensation from the air conditioner the walls and the ceiling were dripping on the beds and floor. The condensation also give the room a wet smell if that makes sense.

The hotel was remodeled nicely. For the price, all rooms and areas were clean. The staff is fully bilingual and super friendly. The restaurant is nice, the food very tasty, and the servers super helpful. The only thing is don't go to eat in a rush because it might take around 30 minutes to get your food. The breakfast buffet was great because it was hot. The pool area was super nice with enough tables and chairs. I think if they install Cabanas, it will make it even greater. The views are really good, and the hotel is located with really good access to the highway to move around the southern area of PR. Guanica beaches are amazing.

Just to be blunt, it's everything you would ask for in a hotel, (BUT), BETTER. MORNINGS BREAKFAST, EXCELLENT, CASINO, HAD FUN , and till the night just looking up and see (literally), the sky filled with bright STARS 🌟. I've stayed in other hotels in ponce, but not like this one. My wife liked it so much, we actually extended out stay 3 more days. An 10+ for us. Thank you.

Quiet, beautiful pool except unheated, lovely room. Staff was exceptionally helpful to get us into room slightly early. Lovely view from balcony.

Downside was no morning coffee service except for room’s coffee maker. A bit on the outskirts so need a car to get anywhere. Food & bar in hotel were expensive and basic. Seemed expensive for service provided.

On top of Hotel and view is beautiful!! We love it!! I already told people to go that Hotel is awesome view and relaxing place. Also people who work there is so nice. For us we meet people there 3 place servers give foods they are awesome smiles and serve Other we meet person who work casino very friendly we enjoying chat with him. Front desk very friendly we pass by we always wave them. We really miss them all. Hopefully we will go back there again!!

The hotel is under construction and we were informed before we booked the room. It was only a one night stay just passing through the town after a family visit. The accommodations included breakfast and that was a buffet style which was great. I had stayed here before in the past and will stay again when I go back to visit my family. The construction of remodeling is looking good so far.

The air condition is big problem , the room temperature are keep very low making very uncomfortable ,if the temperature is increase to make better the room get wet . That why we left to hotel before projected , this information was reported to booking.com before leaving the hotel

I LOVE THE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AND MY FRIEND LEFT A BLAZER AND IT WAS RETURNED TO THE PERSON WE SEND TO PICK IT UP SINCE WE WERE IN PANAMA. THANKS TO MARISOL SHE DID A GREAT JOB.

I HAVE NOTHING TO SAID I WAS VERY GRATEFUL AND IF WE RETURN TO PONCE WE WILL RESERVE THE ROOMS IN YOU HOTEL. WE ARE FROM THE PRESS OF ECUADOR AND SEVEN YEARS AGO WE STAYED THERE ALSO.
