Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. They were in the middle of renovations, but the property itself was excellent for a company retreat or family reunion. Lots of activities to do on property and very close to Crashboat beach. Many places to eat walking distance. Everyone was very nice. I would love to visit again after the remodel!

Hotel was under a remodel in November. I got an older room. The furniture and decor were dated. The air conditioner was an old school unit. I could hear the water drip outside when it was quiet. The laundry room itself was dirty but convenient. The communal microwave looked like it wasn't clean all week :(

Very nice property. They are under construction, so I am guessing it will be that much better once completed. The room was spacious, wifi in room was good, TV programming for the little we watched was also good. There was plenty of natural light during the day. The pool that was open was nice, albeit it did need a skimming for bugs and tree debris. The on-site restaurant was absolutely fantastic, from drinks down to the various dishes we tried. The hotel is also in close proximity to several restaurants off-site. There was also a nice area with a ping-pong table and life-size Connect 4. There was shower gel and shampoo and conditioner provided, which is always nice. Look forward to returning and seeing the completion.

At night, the lack of lighting in the room was noticeable. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels or the toilet paper. The bathroom door handle needed repair. The number of flies and mosquitoes we killed in the room was a bit annoying.

Had an overall great experience. The place and room were impeccably clean and the green areas well-maintained. The pool areas were a nice and provided a relaxing environment. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a decent amount of space. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also helpful. My mother is disabled, and they went out of their way to accommodate us by switching our room to an accessible one, which made our stay much more comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to a mall, restaurants, and pharmacy, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. Although I didn't use the hotel's restaurant services, it's good to know they have them available. I found pricing to be reasonable, with rates ranging between $100 and $130 per night. It's certainly a great value all things considered. During our stay, we encountered no issues or inconveniences, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and accommodating place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning controls. The pool was nice and liked that it was open late. The on-site restaurant was very good and a great place for quiet conversation. The hotel and restaurant staff were kind and helpful.

Having the ability to get breakfast on site would be nice. Thought we might be able to walk to the beach but this was not possible. A bigger sign by the main road would make the hotel easier to find.

I was here about a year ago right after a hurricane, they had not yet cleaned up and it was still a nice place, this time it was awesome!! Totally remodeled, great outside bar/restaurant, great pool, nice landscaping, and most importantly around the corner from crashboat Beach ⛱️ 😀 anyone traveling in this area should definitely check this place out

My room had an issue with water bugs...the flying ones yuck!! I had to buy bug spray. My brother & my nephew's rooms had no such issue. another thing I saw was room service was slacking for my room. Did they know of an issue with this room>? All we received were new towels, no toiletries - sometimes garbage was left behind. I would tie it up, to avoid bugs. When we asked the person that was doing housekeeping, about our service. they said someone else would be servicing us. that someone never came. It is a great place but retrain your cleaning dept.

The hotel is well maintained and the location is great. The size of the room is big and has a nice layout. The on-site restaurant was good with great options. I loved that the hotel has two pools and never felt crowded.

The room is a little too dark,and additional light and towel hooks would be great.

Location, available pool, cleanliness, facilities, El Bohío Restaurant (real good food and personnel). The play area for kids (with the ping pong table, oversized Connect Four, etc) was a huge hit with the grandkids!

It was under renovations, and we weren’t warned. One of the pools was not available, as well as the basketball court. There used to be an arcade…didn’t see it this time.

Amazing hotel with great surrounding views and facilities! We loved the pools, the hotel grounds, and the restaurant had amazing quality food. We actually wished we had arrived earlier at the check in time as the hotel is such a good place to relax. It is also only a 5 minute drive from Crash Boat Beach (not walkable due to steepness) so we were able to get there early and get a good parking spot. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and relaxed - they gave us advice on visiting the beaches and we were able to keep our bags securely there after checking out. There is also a vending machine and laundry area for guests. There are restaurants nearby to visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner (just be careful if driving to restaurants when it becomes dark - we were happier using the hotel restaurant)

The room was very spacious and clean. It had two queen beds, a working desk, open closet racks, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Overall, we had no complaints from the room. Housekeeping was also regular. The staff at the front desk and around courteous and always available. There was a pool, courts and a few outdoor games including a ping pong table. The location was easily accessible with your own car (parking was included), and yet quiet. You could walk around the well-maintained property and enjoy the peace. There was a in-house restaurant El Bohio which served delicious meals!

The lighting options in the room were minimal. The nearest beach (CrashBoat Beach) was a 7min drive. We assumed that it was walking distance away. But, nevertheless we enjoyed the beach.
