We absolutely fell in love with Rincon and our lovely Inn. Our dream is to come back every year or move here in a decade. You can walk to beaches or restaurants or the city square. We loved the beautiful pool and the wild chickens roaming around. There was live music and a food truck park across the street.

You can’t flush toilet paper in Rincon- our first morning we flooded the toilet in our room and wandered around until we found someone who does maintenance there. It can be tough to get in touch with the front office since the (really nice) guy goes to class during the day. Be sure to download WhatsApp when you book since they will send you messages that way. That was how we got our key code and room info.

So me and my friends love staying here. It’s honestly our favorite. Convenient and we feel it’s in the middle of everything. And we love George at nacho libre and his staff. It’s wonderful to have that restaurant bar right there to enjoy.

The only thing that was a little bothersome was trying to get in touch with someone if needed. The sign on the door says open but the office was closed and it took a while for us to figure out how to get in touch with someone to get in the room. The pool needs to have a few lounge chairs out by the side. It would be nice to take the sun after going in the pool but there nothing to lay out on. Otherwise our stay was great.

The room is good: it has a nice shower, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a Smart TV. The accommodation overall is also nice, with a pool (even though I didn’t use it). I’m satisfied.

I think it could be better equipped to make the room more functional and complete. It could have some dishes, basic utensils, and small items to improve practicality.

The Staff is AMAZING. Reception extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was excellent regarding keeping room clean, keeping areas and room smelling superb, and going above and beyond for your needs. The maintenance crew kept pool properly clean and area looking great.

I appreciate the armed security guard on the weekends however because there is a restaurant separately owned and ran downstairs the music and patrons are very noisy after hours and tend to linger, fight, and trash the area(s) which tends to wake up those who have early flights, excursions, or just trying to sleep. On a side note: Their Chicken Tacos and Reggae Selections were fabulous..

Location was perfect, a fantastic supermarket over the road.

The internet was lacking in our room, but something that could be easily improved.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They let me check in a little early and helped me with my bags when I extended my stay and changes rooms. Great location to beach and restaurants. Very basic but clean rooms. Perfect for a long or short term stay.

My refrigerator didn’t get very cold but I didn’t really need it

I liked that it wasn't a big hotel which made it more friendly. Grounds were clean with constant work.

Bathroom window was just shutters that didn't close, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and it was hot in there. Rooster was a bit annoying too.

Property was in a convenient area and very peaceful! Not too far from beach or shopping in town and there is a supermarket right across the street as well as down the road. Would definitely book with them again.

Location was good but We were in a front room on road originally. Weekend cruising Sat night was loud. Wifi not work either so moved us to a back room we liked & enjoyed much better. Would stay again.

We did not like the lay out of our first room and being road front.

I liked the friendly staff and the cleaning and fresh room presentation. Of course, the proximity of places of interest.

Could be have been better that utilities as refrigerator and microwave in better conditions.
