Was clean, they straighten up room everyday. The view from the room was gorgeous. Free use of safe. Restaurant has great food. Make sure you are hungry! Large portions! We could eat 1 meal and still have food. The bar is great. Great photo opportunities. Plenty of pool seating and beach chairs. They have security at entrance. He has a Big gun!! Lots of good vendors and such in walking distance.they have a ball room for receptions.

Room 311 has no locks on sliding door or windows. They are broke off. The toilet rocks side to side like the bolts on the sides are gone. The shower drain was cover was caved in. The rooster! Waking us up early every day, I wanted to throw my flip flops at it. Was to busy with wedding things to report and besides I'd still come back!

The beach and pool areas were nice. It was a pleasantly large hotel but not overly. I like peaceful. That, it was.

The humidifier broke and we came home in the evening to find 1/4 inch or more of standing water in the room. Much more than towels would absorb. The front desk was closed at night. I found a security guard who got us a mop and bucket. And fresh towels. The next morning, management was unconcerned. After great consideration, they offered us a two hour late checkout for our inconvenience (that we had no use for). I said, how about free breakfast. They said, no.

This is a mid to high-level property that is a bit hard to find from the main road but has a wonderful pool with built-in bar, nice beach, good amenities, good wifi, near to shopping and restaurants, and modern in its design but still has the Latin flavor. I recommend for a comfortable stay at a good price. From here you can access anything in the town or Rincon or go up/down the coast to surf or snorkel or just chill out.

Would like a screened-in veranda because there are so many mosquitos here in Puerto Rico, but this is a small complaint; the veranda is nice with a lilting breeze. Restful place.

This hotel looks exactly as advertised. Rooms and bathrooms are being updated and very modern and nice. Come with coffeemaker and mini fridge. The swim up pool bar is amazing, long term staff (some have worked there for more than 20 years, and multiple generations!) clearly indicate good team and working conditions. Food is decent. Cocktails are fantastic. Pool is cleaned daily. The beach is clean, sandy and wonderful. A sea turtle lays her eggs on the beach every year! Some waves for boogie boarding but can also be calm for snorkeling. Parking is convenient. Very friendly and attentive staff. This was our second visit and we will be back! Beautiful sunsets!!

There is nothing not to like about this. Best hotel in Rincon, in my opinion.

We spent 8 nights at Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The pool, beach, and staff were wonderful, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of parking available. We especially enjoyed the pool bar with great cocktails, and breakfast was good. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I eat at the poolside restaurant again? Never. I highly recommend taking a short walk to Villa Cofresí—the food there is absolutely worth it.

However, the lunch and dinner at the poolside restaurant were disappointing. The food was bland, and the beef was so hard and dry that we couldn’t eat four of our meals. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, all we got was a simple "Oh okay, I’ll let the chef know"—no apology, no offer to fix it. To make it worse, we were still charged full price for meals we couldn’t eat. Honestly, I wish Gordon Ramsay would visit this restaurant—I’m sure he’d fire the chef and shut it down!

There was a power outage for a couple of hours (which the hotel did not have control of), and the elevator closest to our room was out of service the last day of our stay. Initially we did not know there was another elevator on the floor so we used the stairs, which I did not mind, but I was a little concerned because my husband has some medical conditions. Thank God someone informed us about the other elevator that was working. These were minor inconveniences that did not spoil our good experience here.

The local and the hotel is older but apparently looks to recently renovated or is very well kept. There are still some older aspects to the hotel. The bed was comfortable overall for what we paid this was a great place and would go back. The pool bar is nice and Bennie is a great bar tender.

The pillows were terribly flat. The rooms are nice except on the 3rd floor in the front of the building it tends to be loud in the mornings (like 6am). The front desk people are nice but too accommodating. The biggest problem we had was the AC in room 321 blows directly down on your bed making it hard to sleep.

Rincon of the Seas is a gorgeous resort that we have visited twice. It is situated right on the beach so the views are breathtaking! There is a lovely pool with fabulous swim up bar and delicious tropical drinks! It is situated right on the beach so you can swim in the tropical sea without having to drive anywhere. You don’t really have to leave the premises to enjoy a tropical vacation. You can walk the beach all the way to Dona Lala beach, one of the most beautiful in Rincon. The lobby is gorgeous. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool, palm trees and ocean.

The restaurant is pretty poor. Breakfast and the coffee is awful. Lunch is ok, bar snacks also ok. But there are so many great places to eat in Rincon that this is not really an issue. Good coffee and a simple breakfast bar would be a big improvement. The pool vibe is fantastic but the music plays constantly until 10 pm.
