The hotel room was clean. There is free parking at the property. Very close to the PR #2 state road. Hotel is located between Ponce and Guánica so you are very close to travel to Playa Santa and La Jungla beach or to visit the Ponce mall and restaurants.

The TV did not work properly during our stay, cero channels. There is No cable TV, just local TV. We noticed the front desk about no channels on the tv during the first night but they never fixed the TV during the stay. The coffee maker did not work as well. Tried to brew twice and the coffe was almost all water. The breakfast buffet food taste was not the best, they need to pay more attention to the food during breakfast time. Pancakes were over cook and tasted like bread toasts.

We loved that everything was clean. And facilities looked nice even though certain things looked a little worn out.

Breakfast needs to be improved. No bread at all. Juices were basically water with color. That’s the only reason for having rated the hotel with a 9 instead of a 10. The Botavara restaurant looks nice, food was good, reasonably priced and the waitresses were nice and friendly. However, it took way too long to get our dishes. We were a party of twelve and all the dishes came at a different time. In some cases an hour later than the others. Thanks God we were in a good mood.

The place was great, awesome, and polite personnel. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was spotless clean. The casino was fun!! The food was so delicious!!We will stay again.

There are little or no security personnel in the parking area, plus it needs more lights in the area. They need to expand the dining area, not enough tables to sit and enjoy your breakfast (we had to sit outside on a bench). They need to have some security doing some rounds on the floors since they were people running around in the hallway at 1 a.m. making noises. They need to clean the Koi fish tank. It was so dirty that you couldn't even see the fish.

This is a respectable hotel. The facilities are equivalent in comfort and design to what you might find at better stateside national hotel chain. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant lacks ambiance but the food was quite good.

The buffet breakfast was not good. Terrible actually. With weak coffee, watered down juice and bland food all served in a cramped seating area, it's best to skip the breakfast altogether. I have never been in prison but I imagine this is what the food would be like.

The maintenance staff was very friendly and willing to help. The place is very quiet and accessible.

The reception staff, being the first face you meet, are not friendly, specially the lady who helped me on Sunday the 17th early in the morning. She doesn't even say good morning or thank you. It was my check out, she just took the cards and she told me: “now.” She didn't even offer me the statement or say goodbye. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The live music is in the casino, instead of in a place where the whole family can sit and listen to it.

It was clean,housekeeping was very serviceable. Room needed the door chain.

At check in only given one room key. Person at front desk said it was there policy! It’s unacceptable couples are two individuals. Seriously you should fix this problem . I’m not going to recommend this hotel if only one key is given.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Really had a great time with the family. The kids loved the pool and the slide. The game room was a great option for entertainment and the casino for adults.I love the check-in and out process. No wait time, the front desk staff is on point with customer service. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast included was alright. I think they should have a menu option of breakfast included. Most of the food was cold and frozen. The hashbrown were frozen inside and not cooked. The omelet was cold and ran out of hot cereal. I rate the breakfast, 2 stars. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and only ate breakfast for one day. .

The staff was great. The breakfast was sufficient. The location was good.

There were some things that a bit of attention to detail would remedy, such as the lampshade in the room being crushed and the arm of the chair being loose. These things did not bother us enough since we extended our stay by a day.
