I arrived at the hotel alone and the staff made the check in process very smooth, friendly professional Outstanding Staff/service. The hotel and my room was outstanding in cleanliness, customer service. they were very caring to making sure the service was as expected and they went above and beyond.

The room's decoration; very friendly staff; great location, nice infinity pool, Hard Rock Café Restaurant & Shop. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice room size, nice shower and bathroom areas; convenient wine /fridge. Very clean room and facilities. Nice reception area and the Staff is very responsive.

Room's ac was very cold with no opportunity to adjust the temperature; TV didn't work properly. Late check out fee per hour is expensive. Breakfast didn't serve bacon, fruits.

I loved the happy faces and the hospitality since the minute I walked in. They made me feel WELCOME. I had ordered a king-size bed with a balcony, and they surprised me with a suite. Beautiful views and facilities, and I loved the pool on the top roof floor. Casino,pool table,breakfast. Overall, it was way better than the resort in Mayaguez. Will definitely come back!!

Very centric, accesible. During the night you really don't have to go out, there's music in the lobby, live music at HR Cafe and on the rooftop bar with ,great view at the top also. 1st floor pool area was pretty, especially during the night.

For a new hotel, needs a little more attention to details, felt like it was open before it was finished. The room was ok, not great, balcony areas full of cement visible with incomplete terminations. Pools are on the small size considering the number of people in the hotel.

There us no closet, just a bar that was so high that we did not reach. The safety deposit box is located on a shelf in the floor. In ordwr to program the key it is nec to sit on the floor. The shower is part of the bedroom. Lack of privacy was an issue since I was staying with a friend..

The location is great near everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms have a different style/concept that I like.

On the 6th floor they have activities room where the music is so loud that I could hear it on the 3rd floor, couldn't sleep until midnight that was turn off. They should put sound proof against noise. Beside that was fine. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive ($16.95), will have more patronage if were reasonable like $10.

I definitely enjoyed the social spaces. There's so much to do, to see and to eat without having to leave the hotel. Even the Mall is less than 10 mins away. There's live music and various entertainment for different tastes.

The pool was a little crowded, because my vacation was on a weekend. I suppose that it will be less crowded during the week.

Staff was extremely friendly, facilities were incredible, everything was super clean, great location and great value!

The only thing I didn't like about this poperty is that you can literally hear the people in the room next to yours and people screaming down the hallway. Also, I didn't like that the Hard Rock was closed while I stayed here.

The hotel really had everything right there; several restaurants on site, two swimming pools, gym, etc. The free onsite car parking was nice. I was surprised when I entered my room and it had powerful aircon on. I was almost too cold from it but it was nice sleeping in warm blanket on a comfortable bed. The TV works well, with captioning working. The hotel is not far from the town centre of Ponce, about 1.7 km away. I had a good sleep at Aloft.

Since I was a single person in the room, this was not really an issue. However, if there are more than one person, the shower is kind of open to the rest of the room except for the partion. If you want privacy, better check to see if you have correct privacy to your requirements.

Location- nice Air conditioner and comfortable bed and very silent avén though there was a graduation party in the lobby you couldn’t hear them in the room.

Can be more clean, towels were broken and two other dirty.
