Clean, tasteful, and air-conditioned rooms, I was lucky enough to get a corner room with a large balcony.

Cafeteria menu breakfast with limited options, no buffet, one drink, and additional charges for some items even with the included breakfast. The cafeteria staff were excellent but I prefer a self-catered buffet with several hot/cold drinks. The breakfast detracted from the otherwise excellent hotel experience and was not something I looked forward to. Parking charges are also not included, and require manual validation at reception with every entry/exit from the garage.

It's a beautiful hotel with clean rooms. It's in a great location. Great breakfast.

The parking is awful. You have to go to the front desk every time if you want to leave the parking. You must validate your parking ticket, then walk all the way to the cashier to validate your parking. It's a waste of time and resources. Second note, the breakfast restaurant was furnished with Bar High chairs it's not kids or senior friendly to use these tall chairs and tables during breakfast.

The employees were extremely kind and helpful. They quickly responded to our needs. The food at "Melao" was exquisite. The hotel's location was perfect to enjoy Ponce's Historic District and visit all the restaurants, just steps away. The room was a nice size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a rain shower.

The thing that surprised me was that the new hotel is behind the main building facing the parking. You had to use the elevator to go to the basement, walk through the pool area in order to reach the lobby. It was tiresome to walk all the way from the new area to the front. They should make a walkway from the new to the old hotel. Besides anyone could walk in because the parking entrance leads to the casino and "Lolas". The floor was tile instead of carpet, it was uncomfortable to step on a cold floor every time you get off the bed. The air conditioner had to be turned off because it was not adjustable to reach the temperature we wanted.

The room was large and clean and located right next to a “happening” plaza area of the town where people hang out, a municipal orchestra played on Sunday night, vendors were selling things at tables. The hotel restaurant is good and if you like to gamble, the casino is attached.

If you’re there on Saturday night, it’s going to be noisy. Cars driving around the square playing loud music, gamblers and partiers coming back late and talking loudly. Sunday night was much quieter.

Hotel has perfect location in the Ponce city centre, and has a big multi-story parking lot next to it (lower price for hotel guests). Room was big, clean, and towels were very soft.

AC can be controlled only by a reception. Maybe it's just me, but when I want to adjust AC in the middle of the night, the last thing I want, is to make a call somewhere. Windows don't have adequate sound proofing, and let a lot of noise inside.

Very good location in the center of the city. The check-in process was slow. The breakfast ordering is very slow and limited on what to order when you prepaid it. Newly restored rooms. Parking is $11 per night. No bad since free parking around the town square is limited.

The time waiting for ordering breakfast and the additional cost on some items when you paid in advance for breakfast.

The amount of stray dogs around the hotel. especially at night when they are fighting and barking they don’t let you rest. The municipality should seriously do something about this. Also parking spaces for guest should be assigned. Especially when it’s weekend and casino players fill up the parking. Guest shouldn’t have to park outside.

Location was perfect! Staff very nice. Surrounding very architectural and historical.

1. AC temperature was controlled at the front desk. 2. Hot water was more to the cold side all 3 days. 3. The bathroom sink had an unpleasant sewer smell. 4. The hotel included breakfast was great but lines too long due to order, pay, and sit. This all two days made the restaurant get orders wrong.

A clean and lovely hotel. We parked conveniently, and found ourselves a great place to enjoy dinner. There's a little balcony that we have a great view to the mountains. There's a guest laundry and we are able to clean our clothes after a hiking tour. The staffs are friendly and patient.

The showering water changes cold to hot and then to cold for no reasons.

The bed and pillow are really comfortable. The breakfast it is included in the room price.

The air conditioner it is too cold and you have to ask the front desk to put it at a higher temperature but I had to sleep with jeans and jacket and all the blankets they put un the bed. I feel like winter, although I was in the summer in the tropics.
