The place was clean and easy to find beside the Parque de Bombas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel charged my credit card for another guest room. I noticed the charge because I receive text messages about credit card charges. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they refunded my money within two weeks after we talked on the phone. I probably would have never noticed the overcharge without the credit card text service I have. Overall, it is a clean, centric place for a good night's sleep.

I need to clarify that I'm using this form to talk about my experience staying at the Hotel Melia, after we were transferred from Fox to Hotel Melia. Unfortunately, by the time of our arrival to Fox, there was a power outrage and they had to transferred us to the closest location. Even though I was quite disappointed for not staying at Fox, they made sure of upgrading our stay and at not cost.

I didn't like the power outrage situation. This was out of the control of everyone, but is something that people should consider prior to their stay.

The location was my favorite part! So central to everything! Next time we would check in earlier to take advantage of the lobby area in the hotel. The room was really comfortable. Our room didn't have any windows and it was so dark we slept in. It was so relaxing!

I wish they told us ahead of time where to park because we found street parking and had to walk a few blocks. They provide parking as part of the hotel.

- Very artsy - Many things to do in the premises - Restaurants, bars; you don’t need to leave the hotel to have a great time

- Paper-thin walls - Extremely loud music from the lobby that goes directly inside the room up to around midnight - It literally feels like you’re staying under a music stage - everything in the room is cheaply made, from the paint to the bed - Shower water takes about 3 minutes to heat up - Staff very slow and poorly trained

The location was great. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the facility, although somewhat outdated, it was very clean and organized and absoutely confortable. It has a great vive with good amenities.

The Mattress was a bit outdated and not very comfortable. I could feel the springs; that said, the super cold A/C, cleanliness and the comfort of the rest of the room made it a good night sleep.

Overall vibe of the place was young and upbeat. good location, very friendly staff. Would definitely book for a longer stay if I get a good deal.

No hot water kettle and other amenities in the room . Would have loved that. Slightly claustrophobic coz the room had no windows. Otherwise good

Beautiful colors all over the place. Music should be lower down at 11 pm at least. Excellent paintings and nice furniture at the lobby.

The hotel entrance is on the town square. I believe the hotel was once a Fox theater dating back to the 1930's Good air conditioning in the room

Many of the sites in the area were closed. Very limited hot water for shower and sink Many amenities in the hotel were closed

The location is excellent, I loved the decoration of celebrities of old like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, James Dean. It has options to eat inside the hotel and very close to the hotel. Spacious,. Very attentive personnel, clean rooms.

The door of the shower was not closing properly. The bathroom did not have enough towels. The room was very small.
