The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should; the TV, wifi, fridge and microwave. The location was excellent and we were able to get uber to the various locations we wanted to visit. The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and on time every day. I will recommend for short stays in the San Juan area.

The bathroom was very small with little room for a good shower and to fit towels etc. You also have to be positioned to the side rather than forward to comfortably sit on the toilet stall. This was the only drawback to an otherwise very clean and functional room.

Hello! The value and staff were excellent. The Breakfast was well managed as the aim is to avoid spoilage or abuse by the guests, however, expected more of a self serve approach and more variety. Overall it was good, but I am certain you can do it better. There was handicapped facilities for my father who has limited mobility. Although we were not going to the beach, it was in a great location in Condado. Great overall!

You have to place yourself in the location that it is, closer to the beach/coast and with limited street maneuverability so it was great in that aspect. I would have liked just to have a better flows for the cars/taxi/ubers in the streets. However, it is out of your control at this stage.

The hotel is very nice. Great location but very busy. The bathroom was decent. A fair size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. A standard holiday inn breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and asorted pastries.

The shower had an odd design, the know to turn the water on was low on the wall, the room probabbly used to have a bathtub, so when you wanted to shower you got hit with cold water. Parking was next to impossible as there was an event near by and all public parking was full. The hotel did have a good valet service though.

The room was clean and I had a view of the ocean. Being on the top floor was a very nice surprise. The bathroom was stocked with a sufficient amount of towels and everything else you would come to expect. The TV was the latest Smart TV and greeted me every time I turned it on. Breakfast was standard but very good and the best selection I have had in awhile at a Holiday Inn Express. I appreciated having someone to serve the hot food and I especially liked having a daily special. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and we never once encountered a scowling face; all smiles.

Random power outages which are frequent on the island. We got caught in the elevator during one but we laughed it off. The toilets are too low. I almost needed help getting off of it and I am not that old!

We liked the amount of light in the room. Comfortable king-size bed and still some space left for a sofa and a desk. We liked mirrors creating more space in the room. The breakfast was great and hotel staff friendly and helpful!

The air conditioner had to work all the time. If it doesn't the air becomes stale and the smell becomes very unpleasant in the room. We had to open the doors to our room to bring some fresh air, because the windows could not be opened.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AN VARIABLE. ENJOY EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AN PLENTY OF FOOD WE BOTH ENJOY IT.

PARKING SITUATION THE MULTIPARK WAS SUPPOSED FULL AND DID NOT LET ME IN, AND AS SOON AS I MOVE FROM THE ENTRANCE ANOTHER CAR PULL OVER WHEN I ASK THEY SAID IT WAS FOR ALL THE HOTELS IN THE AREA AND THAT THEY ARE NOT CONTRACTED WIHT HOLLYDAY HOTEL SON I DIDN'T HAD ANOTHER CHOISE TO TAKE THE VALET PARKING THAT BY THE WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR ONE NIGTH WITHOUT TAKING THE CAR OUT.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Christian especially but also another woman (I cannot remember her name, shoulder-length curly hair, glasses, excellent English) were both amazing. You couldn't ask for better representation than these two. They deserve some comp time or a raise or something. We came with an athletic team and our teammates were staying at several different hotels in the area. Ours was by far the most attentive and personable. Will stay here again!

The showers! You get soaked with cold water trying to turn them on since only one door opens. They work fine and have decent pressure and all that but be prepared for a cold splash getting in every time!

Hotel is well located, 7-8 minutes away (driving) from old city, around good restaurants in the Main Street (my favorite was Red Mango), hotel room was cleaned everyday and all the supplies replaced. Employees super friendly and do everything to help. also the offer beach-chair, umbrella and towels if you are going to the beach.

two things: 1- breakfast, too expensive for what they offer. for the day I stayed it was offered: hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage;break, only one type of fruit, one that was banana and other apple. coffee and cereals… no variation. next time I would book the option without breakfast fee. 2- the distance between when the location where the beachchair is located at the beach (around 7-8 minutes walking), so even the beach in pretty close, if you want to use the complementary beachchair and umbrellas you will need to walk.

The room and amenities were amazing and the staff was exceptional, especially Julia and Josue. We got a high floor and the bed was comfortable, the dove products were A+. The breakfast was okay.

Breakfast could be better, didn't like the options so we had breakfast nearby. The only thing I didn't like was not going home with the pillow and comforter.

The staff were so helpful and nice to us. I even was given barber shop recommendations for my teen son. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the guy serving the food was always extra nice to us. The beds were extremely comfortable. The housekeepers did a great job and always gave us extra trash bags because we tended to accumulate alot each day. Id say Holiday Express San Juan Condado was the best hotel experience. Im definitely a fan of Holiday Inn now and will think twice about paying for over priced 5star hotels in the future. Im so glad we picked this hotel. My family agreed. Also price was very affordable for these type of accommodations.

No complaints. Everything was superb.
