Given that we only booked on the day of arrival and most budget places in the city seem to have been booked out, this place was a pleasant surprise. Location is good, within a 10 min walk or 2 bus stops of the MRT. There seemed to be a decent amount of shops and restaurants in the area, although we didn't go to any. The room was small, but not tiny. Just big enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases with a little room left to move around. Our room was very clean and Wifi worked well. The facilities in the room were good, there was a water cooker, free coffee and tea and 2 complimentary bottles of water. There was also a safe and a fridge, which was nice. The A/C worked well and while it was not the most quiet one, it could be left one during the night without being bothered too much by it. The curtains blackout the room very well, which made it easy to sleep in the next morning after a long flight. The staff were great and very helpful, check-in was quick and efficient. We would gladly stay here again.

The beds are quite hard and the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy. Also, there is no shower curtain or anything, so the whole bathroom will be flooded afterwards. The place is a little far from the city, but nothing public transport can't fix.

Ease of checking in and checking out. Cleanliness was good with daily housekeeping.

Room details stated that there was refrigerator and tea/coffee maker but both were not available in my room. The bedsprings were a little hard and dug into me while I slept.

It's really nice and sweet room, perfect for solo traveller like me.

- The seat can be better, it's hard and uncomfortable. - The lamp can be a bit brighter, it's very dark and moody, I'm sure some people like it that way but why not give a choice
