Have a shop like 7/11 and food shop near easy to buy food or anything you want or need especially if hungry. Very convenient its near the bus stop also. Have hangers in the cabinet.

The place is dusty. Like they only change the bed covers and pillow case but never wipe out the dust on the cabinet. And need to go in front desk ask about the WiFi password.

Every details from the location, cleanliness of the hotel and its rooms and the staffs assistance was very good. Unlike the previous stay, now food is easily from the restaurant just below the hotel.

Everything was good. There is nothing to comment.

Rooms were clean, almost all staff were friendly.

One staff in particular, shouting at us as there was some miscommunication between booking. Com and the hotel. He mentioned that the miscom was our problem and should not trouble him.

Location. Near bus stand and MRT. There is a halal restaurant beside the hotel. There are two 7E shops. For 2 nights it ok. Not big but if you don't have big luggage it ok.

When 1st time into the room it smells of mould. Can hear the next room guest talking.

Very much in central place of Kovan and Hougang accessible. Friendly staff and co operative. Mr.Woo and Mr.Vydoon.

Drainage smell was prominent, bathroom drainage flow tray should have top covered. Ants 🐜 were too much on window perapet towards bed head area. Per night rate was bit high compared to all above issues.

It is next to 7-eleven so convenient if you want to buy necessary stuffs.

There is no window. I know that mirrors make the room look larger but I’m not comfortable to look at myself all the time.

Bathroom is very basic and a hook or two would help a lot

The location is fine. The room was clean and neat. House keeping was well in place and prompt.

I like the staff,they lend me phone charger since I forgot my one ,they accommodate me nicely and the frontliners quite joker 😅😂

I just ask extra bath towel but I think they forgot but it's ok
