This place completely won me over. From the moment I stepped inside, I noticed how beautifully clean and fresh everything felt The location couldn’t be better. Just a few steps from the MRT, surrounded by shops, cafés, and little spots to explore. But honestly, what truly made my stay special were the people. Every staff member I met was warm, friendly, and made me feel like more than just a guest. I especially want to mention Song at the reception. she’s the kind of person who makes you feel at home right away. Attentive, thoughtful, and always greeting you with a genuine smile, she made sure my whole stay was comfortable and easy. It’s rare to find a place that’s this clean, this convenient, and filled with people who genuinely care. I left with such a happy heart, and I wouldn’t think twice about coming back. I honestly don’t know why is there many Reviews mentioned the place cleanness. But in my case, it was always clean, always fresh.

We were made very welcome by Song when we first booked in. During our stay she was always happy to support us and did a good job of serving the unit weekly when we stayed. Coming from a cooler climate, we appreciated the comfort of air conditioning and fan to keep the temperature ok for two aged kiwi visitors.

A suggestion: for European visitors, a sliced bread toaster would be appreciated to prepare tea and toast breakfasts.

The location is excellent for the purpose of my business visit. Fairprice Xtra supermarket open 24h, just 10 minutes away. Very efficient fridge/freezer. Kept meal expenses very low and save a significant amount compared with other similar types of accommodation.

Air con in one room (bedroom) small toilet, cleaning could be better. Though not the fault of JJH, next door were demolishing a building. Drill noise all day long. I am sure it will be quiet by the time you read it. Wi-Fi not reaching the bedroom; just the other room (which had no windows and no extractor fan).

The bed was very comfortable and the air con was a life saver. The location was great as the Serangoon MRT is only a few minute walk away.

The wifi wasn't fantastic, but worked adequately most of the time.

Nice clean, decent-sized apartment near the MRT and some restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff too.

nice clean convenient apartment with all the amenities. air conditioning worked great. Caretaker Ahmad was great. Worked with our local family to get our key before our arrival and extra towels after we arrived Good proximity to great food just across the street! nice view and very quiet.

elevator is slow and too hot to walk 6 flights. 😆

I chose the location as it is an area I am familiar with and convenient for the places I needed to go to.

We stayed in JJH because it was very close to our daughter who is currently living in Singapore at the moment. We stayed there in January this year as well. Very clean while quite basic it suited our needs. Very comfy bed. There was a big shopping mall called Nex that was only a 10-15 walk away. Bus stop very close and bus terminal, the MRT is there as well In the NEX building plus 2 supermarkets.

the decor was very dark, walls furniture and flooring as well.

The concierge, Ahmed was very helpful in every way & supplied everything we asked for. MRT nearby & bus stops close by. Several eating places close by. All in all very good.
