Although this is an isolated incident, the fire alarm went nuts at 3am. Though it's not their fault we still expect compensation for what happened. Kahit kendi lang sana eh hahahhaa

Location is superb although the nearest MRT is a short bus ride away, it has many good food spots and is a very central location. It was very clean and the facilities are adequate but you do not expect luxury for the price you pay so it was within expectations.

It is a budget hotel but would have liked the room to be bigger as we could not open our luggage completely as there was not enough floor space. The shower was open so the bathroom got really wet everywhere, toilet roll dispenser, the toilet bowl etc so it was a bit squashed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, you get free bottles of water, just ask at reception. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. Air con in the room is good. A request for extra pillows was quickly actioned and staff called and helped us with a taxi to the airport.

The bed is very hard, the rooms are tiny but this was expected for the price and the fact it's in Singapore. En suite is also very small, the shower is sort of awkwardly placed between the sink and toilet making a wetroom. It's fine as a place to get your head down and rest. There is a bus stop outside the hotel.

Room was small - as in the pictures where it looked smaller - and clean. Nice decoration and THE perfect matrass for us. A bit hard for some, Asian way. Sheets and towels were clean. We got the room with double bed on the backside, ask for that, the main road in front is busy. We had a view on the pool of the residence behind. The staff is the nicest in the world that helped us with everything. Thank you! This will be our Singapore base when we come back. It is in local style area Balestier.

All was fine!!! The only thing is that you have to take the bus to the MRT, but we knew that. The hotel is always helpful with this or to get an Uber/Grab.

The staff were all amazing. I actually missed my flight and the lovely lady at the reception allowed me to check out another hour later so I could rebook my flight and pack my belongings even though the new people that booked their room had already arrived. I left my belongings luggage there and came back later and the lovely staff returned some things I had forgotten to pack as well. Thank you so much for your help, the little act of kindness really calmed me down in a time of stress The room itself was clean and serviced each day. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything I needed in there - fridge, hangers for clothes, a combination lock storage spot, a hair dryer and plenty of power (and charge) ports in the wall as well. The hotel was located in a great central location, with a bus stop right outside. I was able to catch the bus and MRT (from Novena) easily as a first timer in Singapore. Thank you team, I am very grateful for the time at the hotel and you really positively added to my trip to Singapore and I won't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family who go to Singapore.

No dislikes - found my stay to be perfect.

My kid lost her room key card and public transportation card somewhere on the street. We tried to buy a new transportation card to replace the old one. Unfortunately, we had to wait up to 1 hour for the office desk to reopen. I found out that I could use my VISA card to access the MRT, so I used it for the whole day instead of buying a new transportation card. Then, at the end of the day, I returned to the hotel. My kid's cards were already on the room's table. How lucky I am! What a happy ending!

The bathroom is a bit small, so when using it, we might splash water on the bathroom door, causing it to spill out and make the room wet. Another issue is the room's main door. It made noise when we released it to close because there seemed to be no sound dampener between the door and the door frame.

Fragrance Hotel Oasis is perfect location, near bus stop, 2 malls and hawker center. It's very clean and staff are very helpful. Price wise, very reasonable. It's my 3rd time staying at the Fragrance Hotel chain. Oasis though is newly refurbished compared to Fragrance Hotel Balestier.

No cupboards to put our clothes, it would help specially we stayed for a week. But other than that, it was a lovely stay.

10/10 for this hotel! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights during their short trip here in Singapore. It's a simple and decent looking hotel and we're very satisfied with everything. 1 — it's neat and clean 2 — love the water pressure and heater! 😁 3 — the staff are all accommodating and super nice! They helped us out a lot with our needs and concerns. Shout-out to Ms Jessica for helping us out. 4 — it's also close to some convenience store and food parks, and the bus stop. Overall, we loved staying here. Definitely gonna consider staying here again.

Worth every $, the front desk assistants Aaron & Sharon were so kind. they even assisted us in booking our ride. The room is always clean, clean towels everyday with complete amenities like coffee, bottled water and tea everyday. Best part is the bus stop station is fave steps away from the entrance…

The staff are friendly. During our check out in the morning last April 10, 2024, the staff is very helful in booking our grab ride. All the receptionist are pleasant and always wears a smile.

During our first night, we were not inform about the hot water. There is on and off buttom outside tje cr for the temperature of the shower.
