The hotel was very clean and neat. Everything was as provided in their description, no unpleasant surprises. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was close enough to the MRT and the bus stops were even closer. Lastly, the hotel is just across the street from a local hawkers market, which gave me great food options.

The only thing I could really mention is the housekeeping, which I think can be a bit improved. Linen was changed often/daily, complimentary water and coffee provided every day, but I felt the surfaces could have been cleaned a bit more day to day.

I like the fact that they have 24 -hour front desk. The wifi is also strong and it's easy to commute by bus from the hotel. I think the location is good because it is quite far from the touristy area which makes it relatively peaceful but still convenient for commute. The staff are also helpful.

Some of the facilities are quite old but are still working well. I think it still value for money in general knowing that most of the accommodations in Singapore for a private room with private shower are very expensive.

Located in a very convenient place, there is a cheers , seven eleven and multiple mini marts just near by the hotel. Money exchange place just opposite the hotel. Hotel staff is also very nice and helpful all the time. Just 1 min walk to bus stops. Food centers, value dollar shops within walking distance. Clean rooms. Perfect AC temperature in the room. When requested, The staff cleaned our room daily. Even though we booked a no window room, the hotel was kind enough to free upgrade it to a window room upon our arrival. They even arranged a taxi for us to return to airport within 5 mins. Peaceful quiet environment. Worth the money spent. Overall, very much recommended for anyone who is looking for a budget stay.

Hotel does not provide laundry services. But there’s a self service laundromat within 10 mins by bus.

No surprise. Small hotel, small room, small bed (for 2), tiny bathroom - but everything was as described. Convenient location well served by public transport and easy to Grab a cab from and to. Relatively cheap for Singapore. Staff was welcoming and amicable

Smallest bathroom - you litterally shower on top of the toilet ! This is Singapore though - to be expected at this price point. Not that many varied restaurant options in the surrounding

The location is super advantageous. Kinda like the middle point of all destinations in Singapore. The price is quite reasonable for the local market. Staffs are really friendly and despite being budget hotel, the room service is phenomenal.

Well can’t argue with what you get for a cheaper price but be ready to habit in small tight space and definitely should reconsider if you are claustrophobic.

The staff is approachable and they welcome us well. They also always cleaned our room and they maintained the cleanliness of the whole building. The property is also near the bus station so it is easy to access the bus and other vehicles.

Liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we liked the hotel room too. Even though the room was a little small, it was with all the facilities and value for money. Walking distance to the bus station and convenient stores

There is nothing to dislike

You get what you pay for in terms of Singapore expense. Clean and quite. You can use the room just for sleep and toilet. Comfortable bed. Kettle available. Free wifi good. Bus stops are right in front. Receptionists very helpful, especially in giving directions. Small grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

No windows, fridge. Very small room and toilet. Very basic. I am not sure if all budget Singapore hotel rooms are like this. MRT far.

Despite being windowless, did not feel claustrophobic. Room is clean and smells clean too. Getting around is easy by bus (less than 2 min) to nearest MRT station. Plenty of nice food nearby although Whampoa Market and Food Centre closed for scheduled cleaning when I was there. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

Be great if bathroom tap can be a smaller one to be proportionate to sink. Water sprays out of the sink easily.
