Great location, the public bus station is in front of the building. Good wifi. Express check-in through machine. Good cleaning service when available. Good AC, window can be opened. Strong shower flow with hot water. Good view.

Cleaning not every day. Neighbors left shoes and their sports equipment everywhere in the hallway, also blocking our entrance with their shoes. Not the best sight. Children occasionally screaming on the other side of the wall. Bed is queen size so on the small size for two big persons. All that said, I would stay here again.

Great value for money. Comfortable and new. Staff was really helpful. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Little corner shop at the ground level. WiFi was great. Air-conditioning is a must and the unit at the apartment was great. Shower with views.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked. We have reported this but it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay. City centre is over 1h of walk. Bus to the city centre takes a while as well. If you visit Singapore for few days only and like walking this will be perfect.

Having an apartment, rather than hotel room is a bonus. Whampoa food centre was a 3 minute walk with great local food. It opens 6am-10pm. There is a wet market too, also clothing etc. If you walk through the market to the high rise apartments there are more shops with amazing food ($3 a serve) and a small Fair Price supermarket. I requested a rice cooker and also a clothes rack/airer (for washing as there is a washing machine in the premier apartment, ask at the desk for additional washing powder sachets if required) which was in the apartment on arrival).

A closer train station! Although bus stop was outside the front door, I do prefer the train. We took the bus to Newton mrt which had connections to 2 lines, there was lots of roadworks going on around Novena mrt.

The room is very clean and comfortable.

We lived in 1201-01 during 16-20 April. Our neighbor 1201-02 made loud noises every night from 11 pm to 1 am. Their children run and scream in the hallway, and there were frequent loud door slamming noises. We get woken up every night. I reported this issue to the reception desk, but it hasn't been resolved.

This is an apartment in Singapore. It is is located near a U-Mart where you can buy supplies and there is a small cafe where you can get breakfast on the first floor of the morning. The bed is very comfortable. I was able to work from the apartment and take zoom meetings with my team no issues. The WIFI is fast, stable and reliable. I really like the bathroom and the view. Honestly this beats out all the small hotels in the area. Yes you have to take grab to get somewhere like Clark Quay but its worth the price of staying here. Grab pickups where all a peace of cake they found the location easily. This is a top contender for one of the best places I have stayed in Singapore. You just need to mind that you wont interact with any human beings and be OK with that. If you prefer that, this is a huge plus. I know I did.

The check is done by a machine kiosk so you never talk to anyone. This might be a plus or minus depending on who you are. Also the main door is closed after 10 or 11pm so if you arrive late at night it might be a little harder to get into the building if this is your first time. There is a button you can ping for help, I trust you can tell the person who answers you just need to be let in to get access to the apartment.

Plenty of storage space. Minutes to Whampoa Market where there are plenty of hawker food. Bus stop in front of hotel. Clean housekeeping. Able to swivel the TV to a comfortable position to watch at the sofa.

Microwave placed too high. Cannot operate digitally. Electrical Board making noises every now and then. Only one bus to the nearest MRT. Can only check in room at 3 pm at the earliest. Queen bed can be a bit tight for a couple.

When we entered the first floor, we were initially put off by the non-human check in process, which included scanning the passport, and automated production of two room keys. All very efficient, but a bit impersonal. We learned about the staffed desk on Floor 6 a while later, and were so impressed with the helpfulness of the people at the front desk. The room was on the 22nd floor, and provided a great view of the amazing Singapore skyline, especially cool at night.. It was very quiet, and the adjustable AC kept the temperature comfortable. The available cook top, microwave and small refrigerator were awesome to have-- we ate out most of the time, but good to be able to do a little food prep for breakfast. The location is about a 30 minute walk from main downtown locations; it is an interesting journey, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and life to see along the way, and we did it on 4 of the days we were there. As well, a handy bus line drops right in front of the hotel-- which we took advantage of coming from Changi when we flew in, and one afternoon during a thunderstorm (but it's a warm rain!). Sidenote: Wouldn't recommend the train/bus from the airport with a lot of luggage. We hired a ride to the airport for ~S$36 when departing. Plenty of food options nearby-- another place the staff on the 6th Floor helped. We spent a couple hours by the pool on three successive afternoons/evenings...swam a little...and it was so comfortable. Pool was very clean and traffic light. All in all, we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend if you want a comfortable, well appointed room with plenty of space for two ( married couple in our case) -- and there may be larger rooms-- I don't know.

-The hotel is new, very clean, very friendly front desk and cleaning crew members, and check-in is flexible which we are highly appreciated. -One-bedroom Premier is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything you need for a long stay. Two TVs with international channels. Kitchen has the basics to cook, washing & drying machine with laundry powder provided, microwave, cleaning products etc... -Location is not very central but there is a bus station in front of the hotel with several bus lines going to Orchard Road, Clark's Quay, China Town, City Hall, Marina Bay etc... -A small convenient store is just downstairs, the nearest grocery store with fresh products is about 400meters away. There are several shopping malls within walking distance, also plenty of restaurants, shops and local eateries around the hotel. Shaw Plaza is about 400meters, and Velocity shopping mall is about 1.5km away (easy 20mins walk) with Metro station connection.

-It would be nice to also have a coffee machine rather than just powder coffee. -No proper dining table except a small round shaped coffee table.

This is a great choice if you want to be close to the city center but not IN it. The accessibility via public transport is outstanding. The buses stop right outside the entrance and across the street. Good dining options, malls, coffee, and supermarkets are all within just a few blocks. It's a walkable, relaxed part of Singapore with easy access to everything. The building is, in a word, outstanding. It's well-managed and maintained. The facilities are excellent. I used the pool every day! The apartment was also pretty fantastic with a great view. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer was super handy. It would have been nice to have a queen bed, but oh well, next time! :)

The only real issue I had was getting the air conditioning to stay on consistently. Nott a big deal though.

Thoughtful provision of simple essentials like a dish washing sponge placed on a bracket in the wash basin. Adequate provision of kitchen utensils. A toaster was provided when requested for. Fast lift.

The air conditioning in the bed room was inadequate. It was fixed immediately after we raised the issue towards the end of our one week stay. All it needed was a good cleaning. The wash basin in the toilet does not flow freely unless the tap is turned very low. It probably also needed a clean. Unfortunately it is Not near a train station though there is a bus stop right in front. Pretty expensive when we stayed for a week immediately after Christmas 2024.
