Great location, the public bus station is in front of the building. Good wifi. Express check-in through machine. Good cleaning service when available. Good AC, window can be opened. Strong shower flow with hot water. Good view.

Cleaning not every day. Neighbors left shoes and their sports equipment everywhere in the hallway, also blocking our entrance with their shoes. Not the best sight. Children occasionally screaming on the other side of the wall. Bed is queen size so on the small size for two big persons. All that said, I would stay here again.

Great value for money. Comfortable and new. Staff was really helpful. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Little corner shop at the ground level. WiFi was great. Air-conditioning is a must and the unit at the apartment was great. Shower with views.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked. We have reported this but it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay. City centre is over 1h of walk. Bus to the city centre takes a while as well. If you visit Singapore for few days only and like walking this will be perfect.

Having an apartment, rather than hotel room is a bonus. Whampoa food centre was a 3 minute walk with great local food. It opens 6am-10pm. There is a wet market too, also clothing etc. If you walk through the market to the high rise apartments there are more shops with amazing food ($3 a serve) and a small Fair Price supermarket. I requested a rice cooker and also a clothes rack/airer (for washing as there is a washing machine in the premier apartment, ask at the desk for additional washing powder sachets if required) which was in the apartment on arrival).

A closer train station! Although bus stop was outside the front door, I do prefer the train. We took the bus to Newton mrt which had connections to 2 lines, there was lots of roadworks going on around Novena mrt.

The room is very clean and comfortable.

We lived in 1201-01 during 16-20 April. Our neighbor 1201-02 made loud noises every night from 11 pm to 1 am. Their children run and scream in the hallway, and there were frequent loud door slamming noises. We get woken up every night. I reported this issue to the reception desk, but it hasn't been resolved.

Easy access to bus stop, clean room, kitchen well equipped, easy check in and check out. There was a hawker food centre and Fair Price shop for groceries all within walking distance. We went to the hawker food almost daily for cheap meals. FYI if you use Wise card for travel and need to withdraw money (as the hawker stalls accept cash, the ATM opposite Fair Price doesn't charge extra for the transaction but the ATM opposite Balastier Citadines does (i think 6-8 sgd?).

Small bins in the room 15min walk to the mrt station altho I think bus is quite convenient Room is small but I think it's standard in Sg

Clean, spacious, comfortable room with quality facilities. Loved the big window at the shower for a city skyline view while you shower! Loved the room service too, they even did the dishes for us! After checkout, we wanted to explore a little more and the concierge team were more than happy to mind our bags for free. 24/7 gym too!

The washers and dryers are located on the pool deck which closes at 11pm, meaning that if you get back late (as most tourists do when they are trying to soak in as much of their surroundings as they can), you are unable to wash your clothes. Would be good if they were 24/7.

I like the cleanliness of the room and toilet the most. The shower gel, shampoo and shower head are very easy to use and the experience is very comfortable.

The TV channels were quite boring. The cleaner and aircon service staff were not exactly rude, but not very professional. They called me “Eh” instead of addressing me as “Miss” or “Madam.” The aircon was not cold ,on the first night was very hot, so I couldn’t sleep well.But the next day they managed to fixed it. But I appreciated that when I arrived after midnight, the front desk arranged security to give me the room key. Check-in the next day was smooth.

Room was great, location was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe over the road does a nice breakfast for not much money. The bus stop is right outside and gets you into the centre easily.

There is no restaurant etc on site so you need to venture out for meals. A takeaway breakfast is available but hit and miss There are lots of places to eat around and to be fair the staff were great and even tried to stop me buying breakfast when in their opinion it was not worth the money!

This is an apartment in Singapore. It is is located near a U-Mart where you can buy supplies and there is a small cafe where you can get breakfast on the first floor of the morning. The bed is very comfortable. I was able to work from the apartment and take zoom meetings with my team no issues. The WIFI is fast, stable and reliable. I really like the bathroom and the view. Honestly this beats out all the small hotels in the area. Yes you have to take grab to get somewhere like Clark Quay but its worth the price of staying here. Grab pickups where all a peace of cake they found the location easily. This is a top contender for one of the best places I have stayed in Singapore. You just need to mind that you wont interact with any human beings and be OK with that. If you prefer that, this is a huge plus. I know I did.

The check is done by a machine kiosk so you never talk to anyone. This might be a plus or minus depending on who you are. Also the main door is closed after 10 or 11pm so if you arrive late at night it might be a little harder to get into the building if this is your first time. There is a button you can ping for help, I trust you can tell the person who answers you just need to be let in to get access to the apartment.

Plenty of storage space. Minutes to Whampoa Market where there are plenty of hawker food. Bus stop in front of hotel. Clean housekeeping. Able to swivel the TV to a comfortable position to watch at the sofa.

Microwave placed too high. Cannot operate digitally. Electrical Board making noises every now and then. Only one bus to the nearest MRT. Can only check in room at 3 pm at the earliest. Queen bed can be a bit tight for a couple.
