Staff were really friendly and helpful upon check in. We met with some difficulties during our stay but they were really understanding as well! Thank you! Location was good. It isn't near the subway but it has many bus stops nearby with buses that go to different subway lines. That made travelling to different parts of the city convenient.

Some parts of the room were still dusty when we checked in. One of my friends had a mild allergic reaction so we wiped it down ourselves.

Cheap compare to others and has all the essentials. Location is near a lot of food outlets. Consider quite central in Singapore.

Far from MRT station and not so near malls or attractions.

The room is a bit small but it is relevant to the price. It's clean. There are enough facilities in the room. The staff is helpful. The Hotel is in the local residential area and it's very convenient to buy food and other necessities. There is even a local market nearby and if you stay for a long time, it's great. The bus is just a minute walk from the hotel.

My sister had a small accident in front of the bathroom. We hadn't placed the cloth-mat there and it's slippery. Her head banged against the edge of the bathroom wall at the door. Luckily it's an inflammation at her head and we didn't have to call the staff for help. Just mind other tourists, be careful with that.

When i arrived at the property The Balestier was not good for me so the staff changed my location to Fragrance “ Rose “ . The stafff were so nice . Alan and Sharnini are so nice and they made sure we are comfortable in our rooms . Exceptional service from Alan especially . Thanks Alan ❤️

Everything is good in The Frangrance “ Rose “ In the Balestier its has Ants and insects thats why i got changed to “ Rose “

The staff were extremely polite, helpful and professional in dealing with us. The room was enough to accommodate us and also the bed was very comfortable to sleep. As for the location, it was easy for us to use the bus to get to locations like Toa Payoh, Serangoon Road, China Town and Orchard Road. Furthermore, the hawker centre was also close by for us to sample the local delights. I would be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and families if they were to look for accommodation when they are going to Singapore.

Shower head was not able to withstand water pressure and kept coming off. But this is nothing major though.

Cleanliness, facilities, comfortable beds. The hotel have limited but only required facilities. The staff was supportive, smooth check in when I reached hotel. From the staff Alan, Kei & Sharmin were very friendly and support

Overall it was a very good stay. I would recommend to stay here who ever are looking hotels in Singapore as we can have food at nearby hotels. Fruit market is also nearby.

✅The location is the best. 🧡Whampoa Food Centre is nearby within, walking distance. There are varieties of food and it open until 8 p.m. Other recommended restaurants are ABC Maju Restaurant, a 24/7 Indian food restaurant; Loy Kee Chicken Rice, 333 Bak Kut Teh, Founder Bak Kut Teh, Da Lian Tradition Noodle, Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice and many more. 🚌It is highly convenient to travel by bus. For example: Take bus no. 145 to Buddha Tooth Relic You can check 'Citymapper' application for the best route. For me Citymapper suggests the better way than Google Map.

My father didn't like the bed. For him, it's too soft. He is a 70-year-old man who is used to sleeping on a hard bed.

Location is good, you can take bus to many places. I did some online meeting here, the wifi is stable. There are many good restaurants around. Staff are very friendly, responds always fast. My room is very quiet.

They upgraded my room to a loft, but I don’t really like 2 floors design, the first floor is very dark during the night time.

Reasonable location. Like most of Singapore, easily accessible by buses. Restaurants nearby, and convenience stores too. Very helpful staff.

Bed frames getting on their age - getting a bit rickety and feels a little bit unsafe. Should reframe the beds. Have window which is quite good for Singapore hotels I guess. A bit small but par for course in Singapore.

I like that they have cleaned the room daily with new sets of towels, toiletries, blankets, and bedsheets. The staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

The place wasn't near enough to an MRT station, must walk about 20mins -30mins but accessible to buses. Otherwise, good enough
