The apartments were spacious and clean, the bedrooms a little tight due to the beds, nevertheless enough room to move around. We had balconies attached with ours, the balcony was also spacious, we had washing machines, bathrooms are spacious, the rooms are well appointed, nice and quiet in the evenings no street noise. . The location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the mall and public transport. We had Nana greet us upon arrival she was lovely and informed us of all the instructions we needed applicable to our room facilities. Very safe and tidy accommodation. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Just minors things would helped make our stay more convenient however still no biggie. There was no dishwashing liquid, or soap powder for the washing machine, you have to purchase your own, however would be nice for guests to have at least enough for one wash on their first night stay. Low on toilet paper, and some power sockets didn't work, which was a bit of an inconvenience as there isn't enough of them to begin with. However as we had booked two rooms it didn't inconvenience us too much as we could use the sockets in the other room, but best to check the sockets as soon as you arrive and notify staff. Apart from that nothing to fault the place is one of the best in Singapore and we'd definitely stay there on our next visit.

Staff: Santhi and her colleague - so helpful. with cheerful disposition. Quiet neighbourhood (may not be to everyone's liking), easy to get around. The property I rented had a balcony - this was spacious. Vast majority of what was in the property, I was happy with (induction hob - slightly tricky to work (pictorial laminate on how to use?)

Odd nature of swimming pool (position: by reception - would feel a bit self-conscious), no area for sun lounging - surrounding pool area is covered, shape of pool more - suited for laps). Very small gym. Could do with a small frying pan. Simple balcony furniture would be nice for an evening sit-out.

Friendly staff, extra second bathroom helps for the 3 of us. Two hawker food courts 15-20 minutes walk down the hill. Has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The location is far from MRT, not convenient and buses are 15 minutes walk down the hill. The master bedroom is very small, no room for anything else, like your luggage. ALL doors were very cheaply made, especially, the closet doors are without handles, very noisy when opening and closing them. Dining chairs need padding, noisy again when using. There’s no outlet if you need to use the hair dryer, in the bathroom! Ladies, how do you dry your hair without a mirror? I think it’s a waste of electricity when using the washer and dryer, especially, the dryer function, after 3-4 hours, clothes are still damp!

My family and me have a pleasant 10-day stay during our house renovation at Momentus Novena. Room and amenities were good. Staff service are good also although I didnt manage to find anyone to attend to me before work hours. I spoke to someone during the morning and he just asked me to wait until reception come. So a little bit of inconvenience.

Lift is slow and only one is available at one area. Housekeeping is okay but frequency can be improved. My bathroom liquid soap run out for awhile during my stay and I cant get it refilled because I cannot find the housekeeping during other days. And I find that all soap (dishwashing, soap, shampoo) have been watered down.. which is giving the opposite vibe than the premium feel of the room facilities. Ended up buying my own soap.

Location was excellent. Close to mrt, food centres and supermarket.

The layout of the room was awkward with little space between bed and and wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom was awkward design as well. The apartment didn't provide laundry detergents when other service apartments do. The arrow keys / directions painted on the wall are misleading for drivers who are entering /leaving the property since Shan road is one-way road. Feedback has been given to residence manager so hopefully there will be positive improvements.

Momentus seems like a condo building that was refurbished to make it to service apartments. Everything worked as expected and fits to the reviews seen and the photos that are published for the studio apartment. Space could be bigger but in general, for a single person occupancy, the room is good enough. I didn't use the kitchen facilities, but I felt that it was equipped well. The full-size fridge is a good addition as well as the microwave. There were a few apartments per floor and I didn’t have any problems at hearing other units conversations or noises, as it was indicated in other reviews. The new washing/dryer machine is perfect for a long stay and made life easier. The ladies in the reception desk on the 2nd floor were always very friendly and accommodating as well as the security guards of the building. The swimming pool is great for a lap and refreshing at the end of the day and no one in there. Grab/Taxi are very frequent in the area and you will have one in less than 5 minutes. Shopping malls and Novena MRT within walking distance with multiple shopping and food options. Cleaning twice per week is good enough.

Not really cons but things that could be improved: - More plugs in the bedside because either you plug the lamp or the mobile charger. Same for the kitchen because you cannot connect microwave and something else at the same time. - The locks on the terrace sliding doors needs to be fixed, seems they are too used or forced and doesn’t lock properly anymore. - The clothes rack for drying is too small/low, so a t-shirt or normal shirt would touch the floor, consider putting taller racks and some hangers in the terrace for drying clothing. - The room could benefit to have a table/chair to work, right now only coffee table in the living room.

There is no breakfast provided for us. And we are not informed there is such morning breakfast that cater in the Novena residence. if there is breakfast in the property- guest should be highlighted either they agreed or not to take the breakfast.

Facilities in the apartment was great only we couldn't find any radio channel or radio in the room. Not all guest prefer to watch tv channel. For us we prefer radio Channel too instead of watching movie . We suggest the radio channel can be installed in the tv section where added with TV section.

rooms and bathrooms are modern and looks new and in good condition. the beds are very comfortable.

Its pool is a lap pool, not a pool that’s conducive for family and kids. there’s no TV in the Master room. it’s location is relatively close to the mall in Novena but a little of an uphill walk.

Comfy, clean and modern apartment. Loved the kitchen, balcony, little lounge room and swimming pool. Short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and shopping mall. Housekeeping twice a week was nice.

Kitchen wasn't well equipped with cultery/crockery, we ended up buying disposable plates and utensils. Lacking in power outlets to charge devices and plug in appliances. Walk to the MRT was 15 minutes and very hill-y, a difficult walk to do in the Singapore heat/humidity. MRT was easy to use, but it was around 40mins to most tourist attractions like Marina Bay and Sentosa Island. Left us wishing our location was more convenient.
