Newly launched hotel! Very impressed. Fantastic value for money, located in a very good location with plenty of eateries, shops, supermarkets and more. Full kitchenette so I was able to cook my own meals as well! Cosy room which was clean, bright, and very nicely put together.

We enjoyed having the kitchenette to make meals in the room; easy grocery access nearby and a great hawker center to eat at. Balestier Road malls and stores are nearby. Good bus stop access 2min walk.

3rd floor w/ no elevator. Street noise is 21 hours a day, no way to darken the room completely. Distant access to MRT; difficult for Grab drivers to find unless you use the street address exclusively.

Helpful staff, nice small room, just enough for sleep and taking a bath. Great for solo travelers.

Bed (and my head) right next to the room door. It was kind a creepy getting the sleep like that, but I guess its the configuration of the room, no other choice.

It was super nice and cozy, ac was nice and cold, and everything you see in the picture is actually there, 100% will come again on my next trip, the staff were very nice and patient, I forgot some items and they kept it for me until the next day when I was able to collect it. They have HnC water, washing machine, and all of the things that they mentioned, cutlery, cooking utensils, plates??? I can’t get over how awesome this place is 12/10 on a skibidi level!!

No elevators, but the person downstairs (I forgot his name) was a sweet guy and helped us carry some of our luggage’s upstairs. There were some stains on the toilet seat and I tried cleaning it with rubbing alcohol but it didn’t work, but it’s just a tiny thing I can survive with.

The hotel is moderately clean and very well equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is quite convenient, although the surrounding area can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction. Additionally, the room's noise insulation isn’t perfect, so it’s not entirely quiet at night. However, if you’re looking for a place for a short stay or have business in the area, this is a perfect option. Overall, a pleasant experience!

No elevator so you need to carry your luggages by stairs, two or three floors up to your room. You need a local number to call if any urgent out of the working hours of the receiption.

The staff was friendly and approachable. We had a hiccup with our electrical system on our last night. They were able to provide us with great service by giving another room when they informed us that we the problem in our previous room could not be solved immediately. They were fast and efficient in providing us solutions. Thanks to the team!

The only downside of Habyt is the lack of lifts. I think it will be wise to provide a preference of staying on the lower level especially when staying with younger children and older people.

-The apartment met my expectation, bed is comfy with all the facilities as described. Clean and tidy. -The receptionist Wati's is lovely and extremely helpful -The instructions to check in and out are clear -Plenty GOOD food in this area

-The location is excellent, however there is no nearby MRT location, the nearest MRT station is Novena, which is with bus 131 within 5mins or an easy walking distance 14 mins - Can provide new towels/toilet paper if customer stays over one day. -Need a LIFT, carry an over 20+kgs luggage is no fun

it’s short distance to malls, convenient stores and hawker centers. the hotel is situated in between two mrt stations and is just a bus away.

the hotel only cleans once a week. we stayed for 5nights and sometimes i feel the urge to change sheets myself. the floor needs sweeping, maybe if there is available broom nearby i don’t mind sweeping it myself. also there is no lift, so me and my partner were out of breath carrying our luggage.

I like that the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Both the linens and the unit itself were spotless, which made my stay very comfortable. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in maintaining high standards. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any questions or needs I had. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced my stay. Overall it's a pleasant experience and I look forward to my next visit!

Nothing really, it's been a great and pleasant stay!

The check-in process was seamless and the staff were fantastic. My room was small but very clean and functional and the location was excellent. I was visiting for only one night and the accommodation perfectly suited my needs. There is a great hawkers market virtually next door and plenty of other restaurants and bars. The metro is close and the bus at your front door.

My room was on the second floor and was a little noisy from local traffic. For short stays this accommodation is perfect but I would find it too small for a week or more. May not suit people who like spending significant amounts of time in their room but the best of Singapore is right at your front door.
