The beds and bedding are clean and the toilet as well. Only no built cupboard but in general it is worth staying and accessible to transport like it is near the bus stop.

The hotel staff were accomodating and friendly. The room is small but for a traveller, it is alright as we wont be staying in the room for a long time. It is clean though. There is a nice coffee shop beside it where you can get a quick coffee fix and nice kaya toast. There is a convenient store beside that is accessible 24 hrs. In front of the hotel is a bus stop so it's veey convenient. A lot of establishments are closely including the Makan Market where you will find famous Michellin stars awardee food joints.

The rooms are small but functional. The walls are thin and you can actually hear the activities in the other rooms including strong snoring.

The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . I chose a windowless room inadvertently.

I love the location plus the staff! A bus stop is just in front with a convenience store below and a hawker center (2-3min walk). We also love that the shower that is installed in the rest room is Grohe with excellent water pressure and with heater.

Just one time that their were a little trash that was missed during the cleaning but overall still exceptional and will definitely recommend to others!

Property was pretty good besides the really small toilet. Beside the property, the staff , Michelle, John and Eriqa, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our stay were made easy and comfortable thanks to them.

The toilet was really small and there was a weird smell coming from the toilet. It was clean but the smell would be overwhelming eps when we came back from trips.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Location is still decent, with nothing being too far by grab. There are decent food options nearby. Definitely good value for money considering the location.

No hand soap in the bathroom (small shower gel & shampoo bottles were provided though). Only 2 standard smaller size pillows on bed, which depends on a person may or may not be enough. Walls are bit thinner, so you can sometimes hear people in nearby rooms.

Location is super convenient and easy to reach, Convenience store next door, food next 3 shops,. sims also available in surroundings. money changer also available. whereas bus station is just Infront of hotel entrance.

For people who spend most of their time outside to explore Singapore, Value Hotel Balestier is a good choice. The hotel provides comfortable bed, warm water and basic personal care. Rooms are cleaned up daily. A lot of eatery around. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel, makes your travel so easy. Right value for money!
