Decent stay and kind staff.

Btw, I took the adapter the night employee have borrowed me by mistake. I found it only when I arrived at my new hotel. I thought I left it plugged in when I took my cable but since I was running out late I think I put it on my purse without thinking and I am sorry. At the moment, I’m on the other side of town but I’ll try to get it back to you before I leave Singapore. I promise and once again, I’m sorry!

The room we booked was what we expected: Clean, a comfortable bed, a tiny shower with a toilet in one stall. It wasn't anything special (and apparently that's what you get at this price point in Singapore) but it did the job perfectly and we slept comfortably. Room cleaning services were also good. The people at the reception were very nice. The location is good. You do have to walk about 10-15min to the next MRT but it wasn't a problem for us as we usually went out during the day and only came back for sleeping. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel. Across the street there is a Hawker's market with some food stalls and about 2min from the hotel (to the left when walking out) there is a good breakfast place for kaya toast. Right next to the hotel is a tiny 7/11 in case you need some cold beverages.

water pressure 11/10 shower water heater 9/10 there was one time i turned it on but the water is not warm space 10/10 im a small asian person. for me it was cool. everything was placed efficiently. enough extra space for your stuffs, efficient table strategically positioned. staff 10/10 theyre accomodating and your request are attended very fast location 10/10 near bus station like really just outside the hotel and plenty of restau/ food centers/ theres mcdo and starbucks near and 7.11 store is just next door

Clean and comfortable budget stay. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near food and transport. Rooms are small but good value for money.

The signage outside isn’t very visible and the reception lighting is quite dim, so we got lost and initially thought the building was closed when we arrived.

Very clean, helpful staff, nice view on surrounding tall buildings, hotel close to mrt and bus stop, 30 min away from the centre, despite small room space enough to comfortably spend 3 nights. Good water pressure and hot shower

No breakfast, so you have to go to the lokal shopping mall to get it, and it's in a Chinese neighborhood so most of the restaurants are not catering for westerners

Very good value for the money and one of the most helpful staff I have encountered lately. Room was cleaned daily, not that it was very spacious but hey, at least you have a great value for money. You have lots of options to eat around (food market, restaurants, a mall, etc) and being a bit far away from Metro (18mins walking to Novena) grabs are easy to find.

Smell in the room as in the bathroom the dampiness is definetely not pleasant. Also soundproofing could help, because if you have rude neighbours you will hear them perfectly.

The room had enough place to rest my suitcase flat which was good. The bed was comfortable though slightly small. The furnishings were tasteful and the hot water supply was great. The room was clean, bathroom really pretty and the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I needed a refill of toilet paper and they brought it up promptly. The cleaning lady was helpful as well. There was a 7-11 next door which is really good if you need emergency food or supplies. There was food in the shopping mall and a Mac Donalds near by. There is also a nice garden park about 10 mins down if you need to stretch your legs. As a bonus they have dilmah tea and the soap from the soap dispenser smelled pleasant.

The room was a little small, not much moving room.

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, water bottles and towels on request, value for money; cleaning on request even daily if required; good location - closer to bus stop though far off from MRT, lot of eateries around; many people complain about the small bathroom - it was ok the water dried up quickly and was not a major issue

The room was small which is understandable.. however, two main drawbacks - no wardrobe for keeping clothes especially since the room was small, it was quite inconvenient to keep the clothes; also no fridge was a little inconvenient though not a major issue

The staffs are friendly and superb. The young chinese boy who was on duty during day and the Indian young lady who was on duty at night were very helpful and having lots of patience. They gave me wake up call as promise, explain to me directions and help me to fix my grab apps problems. Really appreciated it 😃

The room is kind of small. Not enough space to put my luggage and there is no clothes hanger no wardrobe to hang my clothes

The location is perfect, right across the street from a bus station and a food market. The staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom is small and when showering everything gets wet.
