Zairul is a staff member who was really helpful and went beyond his duties to help me out....guide me.... The room was okay... perfect for solo or couple travelers... It is located in a good neighborhood and plenty to do around area....
The Day-time duty receptionist was a bit rude and talked stubbornly with me.....despite that the staff are friendly... I made a booking for 1 night, but I informed at the counter, while paying, to make for 2 nights payment....they still made 1 night payment, making it a hassel for me to wake up and search another hotel... The hotel only caters for night....it's not a normal hotel.... No cutlery in the room....so dine outside.. .take away to eat quietly in the room is not in the picture....

Great location, easily accessible by public transport, quiet neighborhood, grocery store just next door, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable price for backpackers,
Overall good but there is only ONE wall socket and it is far from the bed, another thing in the room is a bit smelly maybe because we are not allowed to open the windows there is no natural ventilation,

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KIND . I CAME TO SINGAPORE TO DO SOME NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY HOUSE AND MY INSURANCE IT WAS QUITE A BUSY SCHEDULE YET ALL WENT WELL DUE THE EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL STAFF . IT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND I LOOK FORWARD TO COME AGAIN. TEH CLEANERS WERE ALWAYS KIND AND DID A GOOD JOB. THANK YOU VEYR MUCH.

I was delayed with jetstar for 5 days and couldn't find a hotel under $300 I've stayed in 5 star hotels before and this is by no means a 5 star hotel,but the professionalism of the staff was outstanding.
