In general - the hotel is VERY GOOD, I must say that the room was very nice, comfortable and clean, breakfast was superb indeed. Location at the outskirts of Iasi is very comfortable as Iasi is a small town and "the outskirt" means "15 minutes by car to everywhere in the town". So I like the hotel, and will most probably return there again - but will ask for another rooms and that's why (read, what I didn't like)

The hotel is located right on the street - it isn't a central street or a highway with terrible traffic, but there are still cars, trucks and motorcycles driving this street day and night. It was end of April, very nice weather outside, pleasantly warm - but it was quite hot in the room. There is an air conditioner installed, but it is installed is in the leaving (we had family apartment), and its cool air didn't really reach the bedroom - thus it was still hot in the bedroom. And I couldn't start the conditioner's fan at its maximum, because I was sleeping on the sofa in the leaving room, right under the conditioner: under the blanket I became sweat, but with the blanket off the conditioner blew directly on me. And I couldn't open windows because of the street under my windows.

The hotel is located a 15 min drive from the city center. There is also a bus stop nearby, but I actually traveled by car. Reception is open 24 hrs, restaurant takes order until 21 (consider that if you have an evening flight): has good choice of meals. Room is spacious, clean and modern with plugs near the bed, minibar, desk, TV. WIFI is working fine. Bathroom with shower, soap and shampoo available. Breakfast is from 7.30 with a buffet that has good choice of eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables and also cakes, cornflakes croissant. If you arrive by car, there is a parking space in the rear (I actually did not use it but it seems to have plenty of space).

The lady at the reception was so kind and let us check in at 11:30 although the check in time is 16:00. Breakfast was tasty, the room was tidy and comfy

The hotel is in a remote area where there's almost no public transport (only a bus on a tight schedule), so expect riding taxi to get to the city center

The room is nice, clean, enough space. The beds are comfortable, the shower supplies good quality and enough. Breakfast ok, tasty, not very diverse, but ok. There is a private free parking outside. The place is very quiet.

The surroundings look quite dull, but maybe that was because we were there in a rainy November day, so, probably when it's sunny it's ok. During the night, it was a little bit to hot in the room, but, in late autumn, it's better too hot than too cold ))

Each time we have to stay in Iaşi, there is no question as to what hotel. This place checks all the marks. It’s very spacious, comfortable, the AC is excellent, the breakfast gets the job done… We had a pleasant stay and will definitely continue to go back…

Honestly there wasn’t anything we didn’t like… everything was smooth.

we stayed for one night when we just landed and came back after a week for two additional nights at the end of the trip to actually visit Iasi itself. the hotel is very clean, the room is huge, free parking available, wifi reception is great, coffee/tea set in every room, we didn't use the minibar but it is there to use if you wish and we put our milk there for the morning coffee. breakfast is very good. the location is out of the city center so we used bolt/taxi alot but we did know this in advance and bolt is very cheap so just a few minutes in/out of town were perfect for us.

the air-conditioner is in the sleeping room so the leaving room take some time to get cool but it does get there eventually. no other issue actually with the hotel/room

I loved the location surrounded by the autumnal orchards and vineyard. In addition, the room facilities and size were flawless.

One day, when the breakfast room was crowded, the staff were visibly overwhelmed and we had to wait for plates and cups. That day the breakfast was limited, but, in the rest of our stay, there were plenty of foods to choose from.

Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices, also home made food. Rooms are impeccable, modern and clean, staff is very polite and ready to help. Property is well maintained. Great value for money. Will definitely choose again.

Everything was great. Of course there is room for improvement anywhere and anytime. We stayed just one night and did not see anything not to like. For us it was a perfect stay.

Everything is great! From reception staff to breakfast to amenities, room cleanliness, etc.

We had to leave our shoe covers on the bed because we were running late for an appointment. When we came back, we found that the room had been cleaned and that the shoe covers have been mistaken as trash and were thrown away.

it is really good hotel 4stars. it’s new and very clean hotel. Alexander and Alexandra on the reception decide all your request. But I don’t want to return in this hotel! Because just One person (staff)- niku…..simple waiter - left a terrible impression . This is a boor and a very ill-mannered person. Elements of racism and aggression are visible in his behavior. This is a simple waiter who goes far beyond his competence and can tell you where you can stand and talk, and where not. What time do you go to bed and with whom... You can even start to think that you are not staying at a hotel but at niku's house … and even in a gym - niku - a simple waiter will tell you how many minutes you should work out and what music to listen to! As a guest I'm sure niku can't interact with people I recommend to all guests to avoid any communication with niku and then everything will be fine )
