We had an emergency with our baby, so we needed to find a solution for a hotel in Iasi right away. They understood the situation and accepted us to check-in at 7:30 in the morning, no questions asked. They were very friendly, the room was super clean. We have been traveling a lot, at least 10 hotels pet year in the past few years and we usually choose 4 or 5 stars hotels. This one was cleaner than most. The bathroom looked perfect, the cheets and towels were impeccable, the room was decent size, same as any other 4 starts hotel, and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is fine as it is next to the train station and public transport. It’s about 20-25 minutes walk from the main attraction points such as Copou Park. Public transportation by tram is at a 3-minute walk. The hotel has a generous parking monitored 24/7 through CCTV, and there is also the option to have your car in the underground garage parking for 25 RON per day. The rooms are spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel has a very good restaurant too.

We were first given a room at third floor which had lots of ants on the floor carpet climbing on the bed also. Possibly an oversight/accident, but still unpleasant. However, upon receiving the complaint the staff promptly changed our room to second floor and that was fine afterwards. One minus to the rooms would be the low water pressure in the shower, and the variable temperature of the water. But not necessarily an impediment for taking a shower. Bathtub a bit slippery though.

Good place, clean, good kitchen, nice to stay here. Modern installations. Quiet place despite being in a central area. Just 15 minutes walk to the Piata Unirii. Tram station close and if needed a taxi, it arrives in 3 minutes. Good and free parking for the car

At the entrance at the hotel are very high stairs (about 3/4 floor). The climbing access is difficult, especially for elderly people, with their luggage. At midnight, on the second night, the airconditioner didn't work. We reported and they hopefully fixed it.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, ten minutes walk from the train station, twenty minutes walk from city centre, large supermarket opposite, tram stops three minutes away. Good restaurant and good breakfast buffet

I would have liked Romanian draft beer. The shower was a disgrace. It was designed for a midget. I was too tall to get under the shower. In addition climbing over the side of the bath at my age is not safe. Walk in showers are a must. The water temeperature was very variable and impossible to regulate

Arnia Hotel is adequately and conveniently located very close to the centre, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a large supermarket, pharmacies, cafes, train station. It has its own restaurant, but you’re ever so close to other options as well. The room size exceeds standard hotel rooms. The hotel is clearly recently built with modern finishes, in good taste. We enjoyed the cleanliness, good quality door with secure card key lock, politeness and helpfulness of staff, the hotel’s location and its proximity to the centre. We’d certainly go back.

Good hotel with big and clean rooms. The location is good for visiting the city, and also a plus for available parking spaces.

I've stayed before at Arnia Hotel. It is a new building and everything is as it should be - new, clean and functional. The room is big and the bathroom also. We didn't have breakfast there. The parking is private.

The location is not very near the city center so if you want to walk to the center is about 20 min uphill. But there are taxis and they are very inexpensive.

Parking: it was a bit difficult to park the car on site. Reception / policy: i was not given an explanation of why you don't acceot 3 adults in a duplex room, yet you do acceot 3 adults in a regular room. I appreciated very much the Management's intention of making the switch - unfortunately i saw the message too late. What i would advise on is a bit more openess to your guest. Providing an explanation to a question will go a long way in having a guest understanding your rules instead of leaving them with the impression that your staff is not interested in being open to them. Otherwise, no complaints.

Clean, tidy and lovely room. Staff were perfectly professional and accommodating.

The shower has a glass partition which is supposed to shied from spilling water on the floor while showering, but it is not doing a good job at it. Even when careful, lots of water still spills on the floor when showering.

First of all , the place was very clean and the staff very polite also walking distance from the hotel to the center of the city. Thank you very much!!!

The only thing I did not like was that I had to pay for my breakfast before eating it …
