This is a perfectly adequate hotel for everyone visiting one of the scientific institutes nearby. It may not look particularly inviting on the outside, but the interiors are refurbished, the beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean.

Just a couple of really minor things call for attention: one of the bathroom sinks was a bit clogged and I could use a desk.

It was exactly what I expected. Simple standard but very affordable and clean. Great value for money. I would not do my honeymoon there but for work it was the best option. Very friendly personnel

There is no cleaning! Initially I received a room that was not ready and I understood this because I had arrived earlier. I went to the reception to tell them that it is not clean, and apart from that they changed the linen and wiped the dust, as the vacuum cleaner / mop did not give. Hair everywhere, the bathroom very dirty, the door frame as well. Lights are a musthave, there s no one in balcony or in dayroom.

Very close to National Institute of Materials Physics.

There are super markets and restaurants close by. Room I got was at least spacious and has a balcony.

Room had a weird smell, possibly from the drainage pipes. There was not even a shower box but an empty shower platform. It was extremely difficult to find a cab service from this place. Not sure why, all the cabs were rejecting the booking requests. And the hotel is also a very old building, it won't give you any clean vibe. But the rooms are descent compared to how the building looks like. Overall, not recommended to book unless you are desperate.
