Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town and straight out onto the main square and Catholic Church. The room was a good size, comfortable, and clean. As well as containing some beautiful period furniture and original beams which added real character and made for a really pleasant stay. Loved having a bath also, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Breakfast was generally great with a range of options and good quality of food. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a good price-quality ratio. Would definitely recommend!

The room was a little warm (in the attic, with only two small windows and a fan). Breakfast was good but not always restocked - on second morning the scrambled egg was gone by 9:15, even though breakfast was until 10:00, and never replenished. Also dinner on the first evening, it felt like I was being rushed - starter (soup) and main brought at the same time, and asked whether I wanted to pay when I was half way through eating.

Right on the main square of the old part of time. The hotel is also a restaurant so food there was always available. The staff are helpful and friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check in The room was exceptionally large decorated in a traditional way with a very large comfy bed and a modern ensuite. The breakfast was a buffet style with a selection of meat cheese, yogurt , fruit, boiled and scrambled eggs. Bread for toasting with jam and butter brioche and cereals. I would highly recommend this place for a true, traditional Transylvanian hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Ideally located right on the square, traditional old hotel, comfortable spacious and clean room. Antique or older furniture and lots of wood, lovely. Buffet breakfast was excellent, the man who was helping was nice and attentive. The hotels restaurant is reasonably priced and just outside..

Unfortunately our welcome here was not good, in fact it was non existent. There is something strange about the fact that none of the reception staff (not sure if management or owner) engage with the guests. Single word answers (generally 'no'), unfriendly tone, no smile, no welcome, everyone looks glum. Never stayed in a place before where no-one says good morning or thank you or have nice day etc. Makes the guests feel uncomfortable and like an inconvenience. I think the management here would benefit from a customer service training course for everyone.

The room is large and extremely clean. Inside it was warm and cozy, and we have been pleasantly surprised that hot water was provided instantly, once the tap was turned on. Common spaces are nicely decorated.

Breakfast: paid at the location. We have been told that it is a buffet breakfast, but in fact it was not. This is a minus, because customers should have a choice. Room: even though we had a matrimonial bed, there was not also a matrimonial blanket, but two single ones. More over, one was thin and the other - thick. We asked the receptionist to have them changed, it did not happen. The room was not cleaned during our staying.

Good central location. It was very cold outside and snowing, the large room was adequately heated but not hot. There was a portable electric heater in the room that we did not need to use. Breakfast was a good buffet, nothing hot. Plenty of meat, cheese and fruit. We were there at the same time as a large coach party and the only criticism is the corner location of the coffee machine because the queue for coffee obstructed access to the buffet. Would recommend the hotel for a short visit to the town.

The building is amazing, an old mansion which shows a glimpse in history. Right in the central square of the citadel within walking distance of all major attractions. The room we had vas very large, showcasting old but beautiful furniture. Matress and pilows were new and comfy. The restaurant was very nice and had some good dishes of all sorts (salads, pasta, burgers, some traditional dishes as well)

It was dust all over and under the bed no one had cleaned in months i think. The carpet had never been washed either. The toilet lid was old and semi broken, towles though clean were also very old and havily used. One of the sofa's decorative pillows was shattered as well. In a nutshell it lacked maintenance which is a pitty becuase overall it was an amazing stay for those that want a taste of XVIII century.

Great location in the middle of old town of Sighisoara, at the same time quiet. Big room in a historic building, nice ceiling and floors, very good sleeping in the big and old beds :-) Also the breakfast was very good. In general, it was nice and I would come again.

Small issues: not a refrigerator in the room (although plenty of space) but the personal was very kind to store our food in the kitchen's fridge. Thanks for that. In the bath, the toilet's cover and seat were loose, hence a bit inconvenient to sit there.

Accommodation is in an old historical hotel in the city Centre. Location is perfect. Even outside the high season they offer a pretty good breakfast

The shower needs an upgrade. The height of the shower head was probably at 1.5m and was fixed. I am 1.91m, that doesn't work very well😅 A shower screen or curtain for that matter would have been nice. It avoids that the entire badroom is sooking wet, because the toilet is immediately placed next to the bath/shower.

The hotel was very well located, right on the central square and convenience to everything. The staff was helpful, the rooms were a little old-fashioned and very nice, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, overall pretty nice.

The main problem was that the rooms were on the second floor so you have to go up to very steep flights of stairs to reach them. If anyone has limited mobility, you better make sure you book an accessible room, if they even have them, I am not sure.

Great location in the historic center. Bed very comfortable, room very clean and a good size by European standards. Many rooms face an interior courtyard. At around 40 euros it was also an excellent value. You are allowed to come up and drop your bag etc. Parking is a max 10 minute walk down below the old city gates. It’s @4 euros per day or free from 10 pm to 7 am Note: Not a 24 hr period. It cycles @ 7 am but then you are free to wander around after check out. It’s a charming period hotel right on the main square that adds to your experience in Sighisoara. I would definitely stay again. Staff were very professional.

A bigger fan may be needed in the height of summer. But this is problem all this wonderful old hotels are facing with extreme temperatures. I was there in June and it was unseasonably hot.
