I like the international feel of the hotel and the guests. The service is also very prompt and the staff are efficient in arranging airport transfer (and can pay in USD). I also like the pool!

Could add some local dishes to the menu, or make it easy to access a map to reach local markets/regional restaurants, get around locally for guests. Help guest access beyond the hotel and explore Kigali.

The staff was excellent, the place was always clean. There was always free popcorn at the bar from 6 pm till 10 pm.

My room 211 on the second floor was not soundproof. I can hear chairs moving from 1 am to 4 am, I guess from another guest above my room. While in bed, I can hear the alarm and the mobile phone vibrating from the guest next door through the wall. I had a puddle in the bathroom after taking a shower that never goes even though I ensured the door of the shower was closed with the rubber. There are other hotels cheaper with bigger rooms and bigger swimming pools around the area which made me question the quality and high price of the Sheraton Four Points

This was a great place to stay upon arriving in Kigali. We arranged transport through the hotel to meet us at the airport and the driver was waiting for us outside the doors. We arrived to the hotel very early, so we paid extra to ensure immediate access to our room. Since our room wasn't ready, the staff kindly let us drop our bags and enjoy an excellent breakfast, which we and our two young daughters greatly appreciated. The pool and gym were very well-maintained and we especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff there. The room we were given was a good size for our family. We would return again on a future trip to Kigali.

At 2:30 in the morning, we were awoken by a call from the front desk about a maintenance issue that turned out to be a misunderstanding. Our girls were woken up and never went back to sleep - and as we paid extra to check in early in anticipation of combatting jetlag that day, it was very frustrating. Customer service did their best to make it right the next day, which we appreciated, but we feel middle-of-the-night phone calls should be reserved for confirmed emergencies, only.

Breakfast was great, staff were flexible and allowed guests take food to their room if they preferred to. Milk options were available on request which was great. Location is round the corner from shops which was great.

No in-house spa but staff were able to secure a booking for me at the Marriot which was 3mins away. The view from my initial room was an uncompleted building, but once I asked to be changed to a better room, this was done immediately.

The staff in the breakfast room and gym were excellent - helpful and attentive! My room (smallish but certainly adequate) was great and clean and comfortable. I liked your outdoor patio and the pool was perfect!

I had arranged a taxi to the airport through the hotel and I missed my alarm by 1 hour and had wished they had called me at the time the taxi was arranged when I did not show up! I called the front desk as soon as I got up to have the taxi ready as I quickly packed up but when I came down 15 min later the taxi was at the Marriott not at the Sheraton. Fortunately the driver was quick and there was no traffic on an early Sunday morning so I was fine but it was stressful. This was my only issue and maybe is not related to your hotel but rather to the taxi company that you use.

I loved the clean, comfortable, and modern rooms. I loved the food served at the hotel, especially the buffet, which offered some tasty variety. The staff was kind and accommodating to my needs. Many of them remembered my name and checked in to make sure I was having an enjoyable experience. I loved the gym as well. Finally, I utilized the hotel taxi staff, and they were amazing. More specifically, I appreciated connecting with Ruth, one of the drivers. She was THE BEST! She drove me around Kigali to learn and explore the city. All in all, I had a wonderful time in Kigali, and my stay at Four Points Sheraton was a huge part of that. You should definitely stay at this hotel.

I love the location. Just about 3/4 minutes walk to Marriott Hotel where I had a program. The staff were extremely friendly and both check-in & check-out were easy as slipping my flip flops. The hotel had a delightful ambiance that was filled serenity, relaxation and mostly the at-home feeling like. It was really home-away-from-home. The breakfast was great. There were varieties to choose from i.e. fresh breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, waffles, pancakes etc. just name it and it's there. Hmmm the coffee and the Rwandan lemon tea were heaven. The rooms were squeaky clean that I could literally have eating anything that falls on the floor....smiles. Towels are always fresh and crisp.

Could not find a single thing that I did not like while on my stay.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing to complain! Service was great and everyone was very helpful and kind! Food was amazing, especially breakfast, and lunch/dinner had many options for vegetarians. We had to leave very early in the morning for gorilla trekking and they had an option of breakfast to go, which was a nice surprise! Gym was well equipped and pool was hot even though there was some wind. We would definitely stay here again!

Really helpful check-in staff member (Maurice) who went above and beyond what was expected. Really tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Great pool area. We liked it so much on the night we stayed here that we cancelled our final night's stay at another hotel in Kigali and returned here for a second night.

One of the hotel's taxi driver's charged us USD 25 for a 5 minute journey to a restaurant, whereas a second hotel taxi driver charged us USD 30 for the airport which was a 30 minute ride (and a much fairer charge).

It was my first time in Rwanda (and Africa), and I got a bad food poisoning. The hotel staff was so nice, very attentive. Queen Kayumba gave me fruit basket & choco, Media (housekeeping) made me a heart-shaped towel, Teddy (receptionist) took me to an ER at 2 am in the morning and staff at breakfast room who always asked how was I doing and provided take away bread box. Excellent team from Four Points. Thank you so much :)
