Green Fig was a very special place. The panoramic views from the swimming pool and restaurant/bar were exceptional. The swimming pool is pretty small but very deep and super refreshing after a hot day. Our room was tucked into the side of the hill, almost built inside of a cave. The outside area was open and overlooks the Piton. That’s what really made this room so special. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out there near sunset, listening to all the sounds beneath us in the town below while looking out over the ocean sipping a cocktail. This place was all about location. The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was good. But, nothing moves fast here, so don’t be in a hurry. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although we were never in a hurry, sometimes we were pretty hungry and thirsty, and would have to wait a little longer than we’d like to get our food and drinks. They definitely had a full house when we were there, but sometimes the wait was a bit much.

The breakfast every day was wonderful. The outdoor setting overlooking Soufriere and the ocean were a delight to wake up to. The continental breakfast was very lovely -lots of choices, wonderful fresh fruits, the freshly baked little chocolate muffins were awesome (as were the other bakery choices). We also ordered a real breakfast from the menu every day - usually the omelet or the American breakfast - and they were all terrific. Our morning (and dinner) servers were awesome - very gracious and accommodating. By the time we left, we almost felt like these people were good friends of ours.

We really don't have any negative comments at all.

The food was always fabulous. Nice selection for buffet breakfast. Daughter had pancakes & French toast which were both delicious. The lunches & dinners were equally tasty. Staff were always friendly & happy & clearly had a good rapport with each other. Made all the guests feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Would go back in a heartbeat

Service charge of 10% on absolutely everything really whacked up the cost. Wouldn’t mind if it went to the staff, but not sure it does. Be prepared to add at least that to the cost of your holiday. If you ask them to book a taxi, they charge an extra 10%. Book a tour- extra 10% + tourism levy. Very much marred what could have been an amazing holiday.

Great location in Soufriere. The views were incredible! Stayed there 3 nights and ate breakfast and supper. Food was very good. We enjoyed the Nightime entertainment and fun bar. We walked the short distance down the hill to the beach and enjoyed relaxing under the shade of palm trees. We snorkeled off the beach. Sandy bottom with sea grass but had a decent amount of fish. The following day we did an all day excursion arranged by Green Fig. It was great : Tet Paul trail, volcano mud baths and hot springs, Diamond waterfalls and botanical gardens, lunch in Soufriere and snorkeling at Anse Chastenet. Highly recommend! Gavin was our driver and was a lot of fun. He also picked us up at the airport. Everything went very smoothly. I celebrated my birthday while there and Green Fig surprised me with champagne and balloons! Can’t say enough good things about Michael and his staff.

We climbed a lot of stairs at the property! But, don’t let that stop you from staying at Green Fig. I’m 64 and it’s doable. Plus the staff deliver and pick up your bags on arrival and departure.

The property is very pretty with great views over Soufreire and Petit Piton. The main pool area and bar are great for hanging out in the afternoon. Our room was even better than photos with a ton of space and loft bed for our daughter. Killer views. Most of the staff are great, but Onion the bar tender is a riot. Make sure to spend some time with him in the evening.

The one low spot was lunch and dinner at the resort. It was pretty mediocre for the price so didn’t return for it. Generous breakfast though. They offer to arrange transfers and tours which is convenient but many of these things can be arranged independently for a cheaper price.

This beautiful boutique hotel had amazing rooms with spectacular views. I get the sense that each room is unique, which I really loved. Great onsite bar tender. I loved the fact that the property had three pools, so guests staying in different parts of the property up and down the hillside all had easy, quite private access uncrowded pools. The smaller size of this resort made it intimate. Food at the restaurant was consistently high quality. And, the room was dreamy with lots of space and charm (aside from the incredible views). The town is right below the resort, which is another reason we stayed there (didn't want to get stuck eating a one location every night without taking a taxi.

This property was way overpriced for what we got. It provided way less that the swanky all-inclusive on-the-beach hotel we came from elsewhere on the island, but it cost us lots more. Of course, this is on us as we chose to visit at high season and knew the price point before we came. Had breakfast been better (fuller service included in the room price with a rotating menu, I think we would've been more satisfied with the high room cost).

The view was absolutely stunning from every spot on the property and the staff were very friendly and professional. The food was good and the hotel offered helpful minibus transfers to a variety of locations.

Beware of the mosquitos! We should have realised that picking a hotel on the hillside in the trees would mean more mosquitos than by the beach, but we were bitten constantly during the first night. We then asked for a mosquito net and the second night went much better. It would have been nice if the room had been treated and set up with a net when we arrived. The included breakfast was good but a bit light on options. We drove there and the path to the car park was a difficult drive. Being up on a steep hill made it difficult to walk to and from town, which was a shame because it isn't far but there is no pavement so the walk is dangerous, especially at night.

RECEPTION STAFF ESPECIALLY TASHA. WERE VERY HELPFUL PROVIDING LOCAL INFORMATION .ALSO APPRECIATIVE OF THE LOAN OF SNORKELS & MASK

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION BUT NEED TO BE PREPARED TO WALK UP & DOWN A VERY STEEP DRIVE TO SOUFRIERE OR USE TAXIS WHICH ARE REASONABLY EXPENSIVE OR HRE A CAR TO GET AROUND & ACCESS THE SURROUNDING BEACHES OF SUGAR. BEECH, ANSE CHASTENET & ANSE MAMIN.WATR TAXIS ALSO AVAILABLE BUT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN TAXIS.

Can’t beat the view. Comfy beds. Flexible housekeeping. Good breakfasts. Very helpful in arranging excursions. Very responsive. Breakfast and bar staff were amazing. I loved my room (Inriri) and think it had the best comfort and view of all maybe.

Pool area needs more loungers. Second pool area and some of the common areas need some love. Some of the extra service charge fees may surprise some. The hotel has a lot of potential.

Amazing location - unbelievable views!! The facility was very well appointed, with multiple pools, comfortable public spaces, and live music many nights. We appreciated the balcony in our room, our “neighborhood” pool, and the included breakfast (very tasty). The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We would have appreciated a few more hooks in the room to help wet things dry. Having AC in the room was wonderful, but it didn’t fully reach the loft bed, so we were glad for the extra fan too. Would also have liked some better lighting in the loft - we ended up bringing up a table lamp and that helped.
